  Very happy with the service in this difficult time. Crew arrived on time in an unmarked truck. They were friendly and professional and did their work quickly and efficiently. They made sure I understood what they had done and why. I would use them again if I had the need for their specialized cleaning.

  Bio-One of East Bay made such a tragic matter a little easier. Steven and his team were so compassionate and accommodating! They checked in and asked questions even did a little extra sanitation for our peace of mind and they came prepared for anything! I genuinely appreciated how kind they were to us.   Bio-one East Bay cleaned our entire garage of rodent droppings after they removed the remaining contaminated objects. The entire garage is perfectly cleaned and disinfected. The staff was kind, friendly and did the job with integrity . The whole process was stress free. Thank you

  We had been chipping away at cleaning a hoarded house, and after months we were finally ready for someone to come in and get rid of all of the pet hair, mold, old food and debris that was left behind. Steven and his team were fantastic! They really care about their work and were so supportive of our own journey with this house. They worked super fast, and even finished earlier than was estimated.
