Their sales reps were attentive, quick to respond and got me a quote and ordered me within the same hour period. Their rates were cheaper than the 5 other places I called, allowed me to keep the dumpster for 2 more days without penalty than every where else and most importantly were able to schedule a quick pick up when we had to run out of town. Overall 5 out of 5 and will be using again!

Bin There Dump That, West Denver, was a delight to work with recently. They were easy to work with from the first call. Everyone I spoke to was friendly and professional. Everything went as planned. They were on time with delivery and pick up. They took great care of the placement of the bin, including the protective wood on the driveway. They will definitely be my got to company if I ever need a bin again!!

It’s sadly rare these days for a company to do what they said they would, deliver on time, pick up on time, and not try to modify the price somewhere in between. But, that’s exactly how these guys did business.

I was initially a little worried when I called after normal business hrs & got routed to their call center/service. But, I left a message with a real (very detail oriented) person, and a company rep called me back the next morning. I didn’t need to bring anyone up to speed about my questions, because the call center person took down all the info I provided. Easy. It’s a nice change of pace, when you’re doing a home sale or remodel, to have something go smoothly & easily.

Prompt, professional, & skilled driver/delivery with efficient, responsive admin staff who clarify & follow-up with you - no chasing someone down, no phone tag, no hidden mileage fees, or sudden “newly discovered” trip charges. Bottom line: they’re easy to work with straight-shooters. I’ll definitely call them again.
