  Their customer service department is outstanding. I have been ordering from them for several years without issue. Recently, I have been trying to get parts for my M3, and they were backordered.
  
  I felt embarrassed pestering them with calls, emails, chats..because I needed my parts by a certain time.I could have planned better, but despite my pestering them, they have been professional and courteous each time I contacted them about my order.
  
  Even if, I wind up not getting them on my time table, I would leave 5 stars as feedback.

  I've used BimmerWorld for parts and service on everything from a newer (E46) M3 to my Spec E30 (1990 325is) Race Car.
  
  Their years of expertise with BMW's and racing at the pro level with Speed World Challenge means they always give great advice and know their parts and cars inside and out.
  
  Highly recommend for all your BMW needs. James Clay (the owner) and his crew are big supporters of the BMW Car Club as well. Great guys!
