No longer Bills, now 'mister car wash'. I paid for the unlimited ultimate car wash for 29.99/mo. Now the single prices are so high it seems worth it although im not sure you gain much from the standard to unlimited at 19.99 based on my next comments.
Since the switch from bills it doesnt seen that my car is as clean as it used to get - potentially not as much upkeep on the machine? Wheels always come out with some type of oily based substance on them in areas, car not fully dry and still have some bugs leftover. For the price of unlimited washes, it's still worth it to me since its on my way home and stop in quickly.response / report this review -

Amazing service at affordable prices. Free vacuum use. Sure beats a wash at a service station! I'm going to try the interior/exterior deluxe detailing next!

Ever since the place changed ownership the quality has bottomed out. I just paid $45 for the "Final Finish" detailing and it was no better than the regular wash. Still had bugs on the front bumper, glass was dirty, water stains on doors and side panels, tire were dripping with the tire goop (once you start driving it sprays up the side of vehicle), interior still had sand in center console, and most areas were still dirty. This is the 3rd time I have had poor service there and will most likely not go back.

Love love love this location! They offer deals on most days and free vacuum and rug cleaning. Also for those dog lovers, they offer free dog wash!

They treated my baby like their baby. Went in with some very bad overspray on my entire car (minus the hood). Left it for half the day and I could not be happier with the end result. No more rough paint! Showroom quality shine, and no polish lines or scratches. Extremely friendly and thorough when explaining aftercare and all that. 10/5 stars if I could.

I am from out of town visiting my daughter who attends ucf. I wanted to get her car washed so we went to Bill's. We pulled into the lot and wasn't sure which of the 3 or 4 lanes to get in. An attendant saw our "newness" and came over to help. He was polite and helpful. We turned around and pulled into the correct lane for our express wash. We were at the kiosk paying for our wash and a nearby attendant leaned over and politely asked if we needed any help. That's twice on customer service! 👍🏻 after the wash we went to the canopy area where some workers were with rags and spray bottles. I looked over the car and saw a spot that could use an extra wipe. The young man took care of it. I asked him if he would wipe clean the inside of the gas lid area, knowing that wasn't part of the express wash. He took care of it.
All I can say is: whoever is hiring and managing the staff at this east colonial location is doing so with excellence. Your attendants are polite and professional. I was so impressed and I don't say that lightly. A big thank you to the young man who cleaned the inside gas lid. I'll be back for another car wash and excellent service! This place used to be fantastic, but the last several washes haven't been good. I think their machines are becoming dated and they're not moving the crowds through like they used to. The people there are great and that's the real reason I'm giving them 3 stars. Their quality is just starting to go down hill.. i think they must've sold the place or something.
