If your experience is like mine, when you go to purchase a new car from these guys they will slip in a $300 "theft protection" (non-refundable) policy in the sales paperwork; you need to READ what they're including as part of your purchase. The policy was ridiculous; the car must be stolen, a total loss, AND the claim must be filed within a 30-day window to be eligible for a benefit. (It's just a money maker for them.)

If your experience is like mine, when they order parts for you, they will call you to tell you they're in, and when you go to pick them up they won't be able to find them, and mail them days later.

When I finally received the key fob they ordered, I was told it would take a "few minutes" to get it programmed. 2 hours later when it still didn't work, I was told I should leave the car with them a full day. I waited for my scheduled oil change and asked them to program the fob while they had it; I dropped it off at 7:30 a.m.; at 3 p.m. they called to say they were having problems and I'd have to leave it with them over the weekend or bring it back again. Their excuse was they'd have to talk with someone on the east coast. I had to advocate for myself; when I eventually spoke with the service manager I suggested they should take some ownership for the problem and they agreed to give me a loaner until my "new" car was fixed. They got it fixed the 3rd time before noon.

Ask Pierre about their Golden Rule:

Ethical practices: How about that Theft Protection policy?
Knowledgeable staff: Can you program a key fob?
Prompt and timely service: 3 service appointments to program a key fob?
    Competitive service: no comment
    Superior value: you decide

Salesperson Kyle was great... low pressure and a good guy.

However finance was VERY PUSHY and downright rude. First tried to give me a lease price of 450/mo for a Bolt and said it was up to GM not them, to set lease price, nothing they could do to alter. Then after running numbers myself and pointing out it was way too high with specifics, they went back and magically(!) the lease came down to 330/mo. Very shady. Finally the car I wanted, which mind you was not even delivered to the dealership yet, sold as I was sitting there. Ok bummer, oh well. But... finance proceeded to HARD SELL me another model in a color I didn't like. Very very high pressure. When I eventually declined (courage!) the finance guy offered 299/mo (what!?) and said, as I was walking out the door, "next time just think about the guy on the other side of the table, he has a family to feed". Wow. Never ever going back!

Got my Bolt at Chevrolet of Bellevue that evening instead.

Prior to coming into the dealer I was shopping looking for a particular car. The salesman I was in contact with was pretty nice with me. With my messy schedule I didn't have a set day on coming into the dealer but they knew that I was interested. Eventually came into the dealer ready to buy the vehicle in interest. Salesman were pretty cool. However as I got to check out the car and it was time to run the numbers, I wasn't taken seriously. I had my price and they knew I wasn't going to budge at all. We went back and forth to eventually I wasn't interested in doing business anymore. As soon as they saw I was ready to leave then they all a sudden could dome asking price. But I was already uninterested. What really made this review a two stars was because the financial guy started making jokes that "i wasn't going to buy" "just here to waste time". Thats not how I do business. Later that day they call me giving me a bigger discount trying to get my to be interested in buying and I wanted a day to sleep it over. Sales guy calls next morning and I told him "if I get the discount that your boss sent me then ill buy". They never called back, so i guess they didn't want to do business which is fine by me.

My sales guy Matt was great, real stand up guy and wasn't pushy so I have no complaints there. The finance and admin department however were the worst. There was a matter that needed to be taken care of and they were extremely unprofessional and incompetent dealing with it. I ended up having to solve it myself! I was very upset but I decided to move on because I loved my car and thought they would be honest enough to NOT sell me a piece of junk. BUT of course, on month number 4 after purchasing the vehicle, boom, serious engine problems. I won't even try to test my luck with their service department. I'm not even angry at this point. I am just seriously disappointed and drained with this experience. The only thing they have going for them are good sales guys who deserve to work for an honest company in my opinion.

Galen was helpful, friendly, and very accommodating. He seemed like he genuinely wanted us to find the right car at a reasonable price. Very much appreciated and will send friends and family back!

We used the Costco auto program at Pierre Chevrolet and another dealership (yes, we bought 2 cars in 2 days), and after the experience we had both times I don't know if I will ever buy another car any other way. Relaxed experience, no pressure. Each transaction, including test drive, only took 3-1/2 to 4 hours. Top notch!

Both times my wife and I have bought our car through you and we have loved everything about your service and how helpful you have been! I would recommend Pierre to anyone who needs to upgrade their car! I will be back when it is time for my upgrade! They have once again gone above and beyond to get us what we needed! Thank you from a very satisfied customer!

I compared prices all over the Northwest and got the best deal at Pierre. Galen was great. He treats you with respect and doesn't waste your time. There are no car sale games. He even came in on his day off to meet me there. He's a great guy. I haven't had such great experiences with other dealerships.

Galen was a fantastic person to work with from start to finish. He initially reached out to me to see if I wanted to refinance my 2015 Chevrolet Sonic due to my credit score improving so much. We then decided my best option would be to look a new vehicle with rebates available to help offset my negative equity. I walked away with a 2017 Chevrolet Equinox that is fully loaded and I absolutely love it! Galen was not pushy at all. From the moment I walked into the dealership I felt welcomed and comfortable. My boyfriend and I also spent over 5 hours at the dealership trying to make the perfect decision for my next purchase. Scotty was an absolute delight to work with in finance as well. My boyfriend also plans on buying from Galen and Bill Pierre Chevrolet due to my positive experience. I plan to keep visiting Bill Pierre Chevrolet for many years to come!

I went into Bill Pierre Chevrolet to look at a 2010 Cadillac CTS. I was approached by a young man named Erik Gonzalez, he introduced himself and was very polite. I asked a lot of questions and he answered them with a lot of confidence and seemed to be very knowledgeable. This is my second car that I've bought at this location and I'm very pleased with the way I was treated. If you need a Spanish speaking salesman go see Erik at Pierre Chevrolet.

Absolutely Fantastic! I bought my Chevy new in 2014. I travel for work a lot and have put significant miles on her. I have always taken my car to the same service center since I bought her, in Seattle (Lake City), WA.

Unfortunately, I have had the same engine light code popping up for the last 16 months, starting when it was still under warranty.
Several fixes later, the engine light came back on, a week after it had been fixed, once again.

After getting GM involved, because everyone was stumped, the issue was figured out. However, because it was no longer under the 36,000 miles warranty, and this particular part isn't covered under the drivetrain warranty, I was going to have to pay for it myself...

That's when the service department got involved. Specifically; Matt, Allen and Jeff, who all work in the service department, at the Bill Pierre Chevrolet in Seattle (Lake City), WA. They went to bat for me and now I'm getting my car fixed on Tuesday and I will be able to get back to traveling :)
Thanks for the fantastic service!!! It means a lot that you took the opportunity to know me as a person, I will forever tell people to come to you guys first :) :)

Hands down the best dealership in Washington maybe in the Country. Very professional and hard working, I am an Active Duty Naval Officer and my wife and I have bought 4 cars in 4 different states and these guys get it right. I visited 4 other Chevy dealers in the area and none them are even close. I also went to Dodge, Ford and Toyota , I drove a truck at each dealer and I liked the Chevy the best. If you want a fair deal on your trade and a solid deal on your buy go to Bill Pierre Chevrolet! Erick Gonzales was my salesman, young guy very professional and eager too learn, that was the thing that impressed me the most about this guy, not eager to get paid "EAGER TO LEARN" he was easy to talk to, he didn't BS if he didn't know or he wasn't sure he found the answer and he wasn't afraid to ask the questions to his manager. There was ABSOLUTELY no pressure from anyone. As the deal was being worked out, I enjoyed talking to Erick, he has a work ethic that is not seen in people his age now days, this kids is going places. Kelley McNeal the manger was great to work with as well he explained everything extremely well down to the penny. One thing I really liked is Kelley didn't hide in an office or drive a desk he was at the table with myself and Erick we talked, we negotiated , he worked with me on my trade and price of my new truck, Kelley got me a solid deal on a damn nice Chevy Silverado. There was some confusion this afternoon with an option on my truck that I thought it had. I called the dealership to ask about it. Erick was out so I talked to another salesman he explained the problem and short time later Kelley called and explained why I didn't have that option and asked me what he could do to make it right. I can say with a 110% confidence not many dealerships would have called and made an effort like he did. I am sure he will make things right. I am 110% RED, WHITE, BLUE, proud to be an American. I've served this great nation for almost 18 years and you can rest assure if it's a horse , I call it a horse and when I say Bill Pierre Chevrolet gets it right, you can bet your next pay check on that! I will recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new Chevy. Take it for what it's worth, trust me if you go here 1st you will save your self a lot of time , it took me 6 weeks to buy a truck and I walked out of every dealership but 1!!! If you find a better dealership call me I'll go check it out myself!

My family and I were looking at a vehicle that didn't meet our needs. We were simply talking about the desire to have something else when one of the sales managera interjected and begun typical sleazy car salesman tactics.

He started lying to us in order to convince us that what we really want isn't what we actually want or need.

I told my spouse I wanted to leave and apologized to the salesman for losing a sale due to the sales managers behavior. My husband let them know I hate car salesmen because of this. The sales manager left and came back out and said we hate rude customers. My husband called him out for speaking to a customer that way and ended up getting in my husbands face, pointing his finger in my husbands chest while he was holding our 9 month old.

I lost it and told him to "F" off and that his behaviors are out of line. I spoke with the GM, who essentially supported his salesman's unacceptable behavior. I have been to several great dealerships where the salesmen weren't pushy, didn't lie, and treated us with respect; regardless of us wanting to buy a car from their dealership.

I will never go to or recommend a Pierre dealership to anyone, ever. This is unacceptable, regardless.
