Excellent service department, very friendly staff. I have had Bill Marsh of Kalkaska work on two of my trucks over the years and am always satisfied with the work I recieved , and in a timely fashion. They have recently remodeled the service area and is always clean. The waiting area is inside the showroom and has free coffee, venting machine, T.V., and comfortable furnishings. A++.

I came in to have the dealer re-install some sound deadening material that had come loose. They corrected that in about a half hour. When I was checking out the service advisor noted that I had a recall on my airbags from Takata. They completed that installation in about the same amount of time. Well done.
