This was the first time I've ever shopped at a dealership in my hometown. We went in looking for a late model, pre-owned SUV. The staff was awesome and put us in a 2015 Ford Escape in no time. I highly recommend Bill Holt to everyone!
Could not have ask for a better bunch of guys!! Stacey and Jordan were the best!! I bought a new 2017 Chevrolet Impala and was in and out within 3 hours! I couldn't believe how smooth it went. I will definitely be recommending these guys to my friends and family!
In the years that I have been associated with the management and sales professional of the Bill Holt Group, I cannot imagine recommending my family and friends to any other.
I noticed the review by "Javier", and I can honestly say, as a Latino, that I have never experienced nor heard of any acts of racism in my 20 years of dealing with the management staff or sales people.
The worst experience ever at this so called business. First of all we were never greeted after being on the lot for sometime. Second my daughter had to go and ask for help and they sent out Louise, who was awesome, couldn't ask for a better sales representative. Third as we were talking to a family member a gentleman named Ricky stated that we didn't put any money down for a car which was none of anyone's business. Fourth JCis the rudest person there. Just because a person is black or looks like they don't have money doesn't mean that they don't. That's the problem with this world today. Prejudice is everywhere and I now see it in my home town.
I went to 3 dealerships and the 1st one l went to. I liked the Truck I looked at but the payments were too high. Went to Chevrolet Buick and GMC in Murfreesboro and they kinda acted like they didn't want to deal with me. Went to Chevrolet dealership in Tullahoma and they blew me off and sent me like they didn't care if they sold a vehicle or not. So I went to Bill Holt Chevrolet dealership in McMinnville 1600 Sparta street. Kevin Stafford and the Manager treated me like real special. Showed me around. Got a great 2013 GMC truck with 25,000 miles on it with payments where I wanted them. Really appreciate how they treated me. They seem to be on a personal level with people. Talk with you not just let me get your money and see you later like some of the Bigger Dealerships. Thanks for working with me couldn't have happened at a better time. Thumbs up Mark.

The staff was extremely helpful in the purchase of my vehicle. They were friendly, informative, and very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. Each time I've been in for service after my purchase, the guys in the service department have been great. They get me in when I need it and on my schedule, and they get me out quickly. I got great service, I went to buy a car for my husband, ended up getting me a newer car. Had great customer service, Sandra and Jason in finance was awesome. Even one of the owners Doc, came over and introduce himself. Real nice place. I would recommend to anyone looking for a car, truck or whatever!
Had a great experience sales people were very friendly and attentive to my needs. I was greeted with a smile right away. I had come to the dealership because of a flyer I had received in the mail I read it completely and new I had one 1 of the 4 prizes that was shown in the flyer so it was defiantly worth the trip. I did not win the big prize but I was there when the person did, he won $25,000 it was crazy to see that and very cool
Wow. Why all the bad reviews. I received the same super sale mailer as everyone else. Went in and I wasn't the winner. Just read everything and you would understand that there's a "chance" of winning. I did hear someone did win $25,000 the last day of that super sale.
While there I did see a vehicle that I did like and with the help from Jason I was able to drive home that day with a nice looking Chysler 300.

Great experience while buying a used car from their dealership and got a great deal. While I was there I got to see a local person win $25,000!! Wish it was me that won it but was still cool to see someone actually really win it.
Zero stars is not an option. Along with the others, I received a mail-out that was, in short, a scam. Deceptive, fraudulent, and also most likely illegal are some other ways to describe it. Don't fall for it. Don't go to this business. If you have suffered financial or loss of time to this scam, file a complaint with the BBB, TN Consumer Affairs Division, and FTC so that they cannot continue to deceive and manipulate hard-working, honest people who value their time and money. After enough complaints, one or more of these agencies will do a full review of all of their marketing and advertising campaigns over the last several years. Every infraction under Tennessee law will cost them $1,000 a piece. Last year, the New York Attorney General successfully negotiated a settlement against a dealership for similar practices to the tune of over $300,000. Since Bill Holt Chevrolet won't be honest and fair in dealing with its customer base, you've got to hit them where it hurts: in the wallet.
