This kmart is pretty awful. There are never enough cashiers, and prices are often very different than shown. I have to constantly use the price scanner.
Not a fan of this kmart. Employees are usually rude and very slow. Their manager is also very curt. You will get reprimanded for returning an item even with the receipt in hand. No wonder so many of these stores are closing.
CUSTOMER SERVICE PEOPLE! PEOPLE ARE TIRED OF THE ATTITUDES. Amazon anyone?
My fav Kmart! Staff is friendly, always tons of sales, lots of inventory, and REALLY good toy department!
Nice clean store. Friendly staff. Automated key making machine on site is a plus.
12/27/16 COULD have been a secret shopper and she gavePOOR CUSTOMER SERVICE WE COULD HEAR TWO OF THE YOUNG GUYS WORKERS SAYING "I SUPPOSED TO BE OFF TODAY AND DONT SUPPOSED TO BE HERE One of the other girls at the register didn't want us in her line when it was only one person in hers.WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN LAZY WORKERS AND SMART MOUTHS YOU PICK THAT JOB NOT US!!!!!PLEASE PUT PEARL AS A GREETER BECAUSE SHE NEEDS BETTER TRAINING AND PROPER CUSTOMER SERVICE
I like that they carry dark chocolate peanut m&ms. Almost no one does.
Great clearance prices. There is a reason Sears and Kmart are slowly going out of business. Their customer service is awful. You have to go to customer service to do anything. While there you will find three employees but only one can help you. Floor works are none existent and I have even asked for help and got told that I could bring the items to customer service
From all those past reviews I guess upper management got the hint! It's been about a month, but when I shopped here I was pleasantly surprised by how attentive and polite the employee was (I think her name was Wanda.) I asked where something was and she stopped what she was doing, AND with a smile she took me to it. Even though she was obviously busy, she still stayed to help me get it down from the top shelf. I was blessed by her caring attitude. I should've noted the day of the week or the time of day, because there was no line- the cashier was out in the front of the line with a smile to boot!
The only reason I gave 2 stars is because they had the grill I was llooking for in stock. Otherwise this is a sad excuse for a store. It is poorly staffed, poorly managed, and you can never find an employee to help. The cashiers are slow, and nobody employees their understands the concept of moving with a sense urgency. Standing in line takes way longer than necessary. I'm surprised this store even stays afloat and that sears/kmart hasn't closed it already. I only went there because I didn't want to deal with Wal-Mart. Bad idea
