Been bringing our pups to Kris at Big Dog for years while we vacation at the Lake. The dogs love it - outdoor/indoor space. Kris is the best and always accommodating to make going to Big Dog a great experience.

Our beloved German shepherd spent a weekend here and he thoroughly enjoyed himself! She runs a small Dog kenneling business Which makes me feel better about having our dog stay. You know each dog as well loved, taken care of, and has plenty of time to go and enjoy the outside!

We even ran low on food and she gave him some of her own dogs food, without charge or hesitation. You can tell, animals come first here!

Big Dog Kennel is our new go to place for our big dog!! Thank you again for taking such great cate of him!

Thank goodness I didn’t end up taking my dogs there! The first time I called the lady was so rude I was calling to ask questions and she kept responding with an attitude until I told her that she was being rude! And then she started acting polite. So today I was On my way to drop
Of my babies and when I put the address it took to me another location so I called them and told them and once again she sounded rude.. She said “that’s why you don’t follow the gps” and I said oh I’m sorry I’m not very familiar with this area. (I’m coming from Bothell) maybe she should have told me that on the phone when I first!
I’m honestly surprised with her service since the rating and very good but maybe she was having another bad day. Still doesn’t mean you have to be rude to the customers for asking questions!
