  I've been to a few Big 5's in the Albuquerque,New Mexico area and I can say that it is a well stocked,and wide variety store.I like the weekly news letters and ads and even the sales they have most of the time.Tgey staff are really helpful and very friendly and even pretty knowledgeable.I really like shopping there and would recommend anyone to stop by and check it out.

  Good selection, I just wasn't impressed when I was looking for a long pilates roller and all the sales person told me was that "they are here somewhere" instead of actually helping me find it.

  I've been to this location a few times and customer service is always an issue here. I've only been asked if I needed any help once and that was after being in the store for 10 minutes. I always see employees standing around talking instead of offering help or whatever. Check-out clerks are usually nice but that's about it.

  For a specialty/novelty store it is great. They have everything from the equipment needed for my daughters sports to my gym needs. The weekly specials can not be beat. They could maybe use a bigger parking area but it's not too much if a problem. The staff is always readily available and courteous.

  Great selection of sportswear and equipment. I loved the store but the lady behind the counter was extremely rude to my wife. We will no longer be going to this location.

  Jewell working in the Shoe part of Big 5 Sporting Goods did an amazing job finding about 15 different pairs of shoes for me.

  I always enjoy shopping at Big 5. They have a great selection in shoes with prices for everyone. Employees are friendly and helpful. A great variety of sporting goods for everyone.

  They always have stuff on sale. I bought a great pair of hiking boots today for 40 percent off. Great place to shop for shoes.

  Very easy to use. I tap the icon and speak clearly asking what I want to find and a route is laid out and off I go. It provided a direct route and an alternative route if I were to need it.

  They have a good selection of sporting goods and an OK selection of sport clothes. The gun department had good deals in shotguns but they don't carry handguns.

  Very good shopping place to go for anything very nice stuff helped me a lot with an idea for a birthday gift have a lot of suggestions very nice stuff it's a huge store two levels they have a lot of cool backpacks and camping stuff

  Great prices on running shoes, S save my size (14) anything on sale not my size. The employee seemed bothered they had to search for shoes in my size. Will go to different location next time.

  The store is clean and the workers are friendly and helpful. They usually have a good sale on shoes. Keep an eye out for ads you can get a really good deal.

  I went in to the store at 8pm (they close at 9 pm). I was greeted by four employees standing at the front register. One of the employees asked if I needed help finding something. Instead of asking one of the three other employees to assist me. He pointed to where the item was. I went to the location where he pointed. Struggling to find what I was looking for when the JANITOR! asked me if I needed help. No a sales associate. I let me know that it wasn't his job. Shortly after there was an associate that approached and asked if I needed assistance. She struggled to find the items. I located the item which ended up only being empty packaging. She suggested that she could go back to the manager ( the one standing at the front door). It's no wonder that there street sign shows that they are hiring for a manager. It's obvious that the current manager and employees do nothing anyway!!! I will never return to this location. I found the same item I was looking for on Amazon. It was only $5 more and let me tell you. It's worth not having to deal with lazy employees.
