Brought my car for an appraisal and was assisted by Adolfo Munoz & Emilio Dasaad. Both individuals were extremely kind and knowledgeable about the industries finest vehicles. They were very eager to help with any questions or concerns that I had. Last but not least, I appreciated the fact that they were very transparent and was willing to work with me. They made the experience very smooth and painless, and I would recommend THIS location to anyone. Although it was bittersweet, I parted ways with my vehicle the very same day.

I had a very good experience with Pasadena location, very experience people and great service and most important that they offer a very good deal and same day pay and asking customer how much do you want to sell your car and try to give you best offer.

Sell to Shift instead. Shift actually offers you what you see online. I’ve sold 3 cars to shift. Each time they gave me more than everywhere else and the offer online is the offer I received. It was honored. I was quoted 23,800 for my sti. Shift offered me 23,500. Actual appraisal from Bidlane? 20,900. Ridiculous. Shift? 23,500 plus another $200 when I sold on the spot. Save your time.

Very great experience! Emilio Dasaad helped us out he was very great and he made us feel welcome and felt like he was actually helping us. As soon as we arrived he was very friendly and welcoming and finally got us done really fast. Thank you Emilio!
