Went to store to possibly buy a bike. Was told he only carried one brand and the bike he had was perfect for me. When asking the size he said it was extra large and proceeded to say that was the perfect size for me. I'm 5'9 It was going to be my first bike and so he took advantage of that. I lucky had done extensive research to know I was far from being a xl.

Excellent experience very nice couple, got my tires changed and bought a side mirror. Reasonably priced and quick service. I will definitely use their services in the future. Call the phone number at the door once there. The door bell sometimes doesn't work.

    These negative reviews are true.

First I got a tune up with them, and then 1 month later I show up again and they forgot who I was and claimed I needed a tune up because it seems like I have never got one.

Next, I come in with a broken axle, they disassemble my bike and claim to replace it, 2 days later the issue persists and they claim that I need a new wheel. They disassemble my wheel, and 2 weeks later I have another issue that has never happened, probably due to faulty re-installing; what a coincidence that the parts they took apart and reassembled suddenly breaks shortly after. They go blaming me, when this has never happened before.

My final issue was when I came in to fix a flat, which I got fixed 2 weeks prior with my axle, and they claimed it was my fault again. I only rode my bike twice since then, and it already had a flat. Either they have very cheap materials or they are incompetent. Simply because I had fixed my other wheel myself and It has lasted months with no issues, I had to go to the shop because I already was half way to my destination, and needed a fix.

The sad part was when they fixed my bike they promised "warranty", but conveniently the warranty goes void after the first time you ride so they don't have to honor it.

Terrible customer service and shady practices.

I did the mistake of taking my Trek Fuel Ex 7 to them. Not only did them sell me horrible tires with Inner tubes, “serviced” my brakes and suspension. I go to find out from Cycleworld 8476 SW 40th St, Miami, FL 33155. They did none of that. Cycleworld understood my frustration and Installed REAL tubes less impenetrable tires. Cleaned my break oil which I saw with my own eyes, it was the original break oil from 2017. They also filled up my rear suspension with the proper amount of air, upgraded my grips, and my favorite part Everything was less than $250 and in one week! Oh and they called to let you know, not try to sell your bike like these crooks would.
