  Omg, their dry cleaning delivery service has made my life so much easier. They give you a blue nylon bag to put all of your items in. Our driver comes by on Wednesday mornings to pick our things up and drops them back off on Friday afternoon. It makes things SO much easier and it is such a time-saver--especially for a full-time working mom. Their attention to detail and terrific quality means a lot, too.

  Lucy did an absolutely beautiful job altering my floor length gown for a friends wedding. Even though the fabric was slippery and difficult to work with the hem is straight and looks professionally done, and the lace sleeves she took up look as if they were made that way originally. She definitely knows fabric and garment construction very well! I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a good seamstress.

  I wear large extra-tall shirts with French cuffs. Nobody else presses these as perfectly as Bibbentuckers. Every other service I've used leaves weird creases where my shirt didn't fit their equipment. In the years I've been using them, there was only time where something went wrong. Bibbentuckers preemptively detected the problem and recognized that the affected garment was a custom shirt. When I came by for pickup, my account had already been appropriately credited for the loss, and the manager came out to apologize personally. This level of service is why I always come back to Bibbentuckers.

  I REALLY LIKE MY DRY CLEANERS! THEIR SERVICE IS GREAT. THEY CALL WITH QUESTIONS IF THEY ARE UNSURE ABOUT A GARMENT INSTEAD OF JUST NOT CLEANING IT. THEY ARE HELPFUL WHEN THEY DELIVER AND WE HAVE HAD VERY LITTLE PROBLEMS. THEY ARE WONDERFUL TO WORK WITH AND VERY WILLING TO MAKE THINGS RIGHT.

  I had a terrible experience with this location. Charging more tha double than the regular cleaner but garments came out wrinkled and color changed. My Linen bright orange color pants becomes grayish orange and had press faded marks; they were first time dry clean after newly worn. The silk garment after their second try still wrinkly in some areas but was already much better than the first time. Offered no apolog and told me that they were the normal "wear and tear" for dry clean services; like I had no dry experiences before. This was my experience with Bibbentuckers at the Preston location.

  Overall I am very satisfied with the quality of service provided. I just wish it was a little bit cheaper on some items. I understand quality has a price, but for some more common items competition has more reasonable prices. But for my quality garments l look to you.
