I would avoid going to this medispa. The doctor was not very nice during the consultation and I should have listened to my instinct and went somewhere else. After agreeing to one price for a treatment, I was charged $300 extra when I was getting ready to leave. The procedure was horrifically painful and the doctor became irritated when I asked to use the pronox for the pain. Never again, I went somewhere else and have had a wonderful experience.

I was a patient of Dr. Friedlander in 2004 for Breast Augmentation and was extremely happy with the entire process and results. When it came time to remove my original implants and replace them, I went back. Dr. Bev and the office staff were absolutely wonderful! Now, three months post-op, I am extremely happy with the results. She is a master of her craft. I would recommend Dr. Bev to anyone!

While the office staff is sweet and incredibly helpful, Dr. Friedlander is anything but. I walked out of a consultation with her feeling awful about myself. She treated me like I was wasting her time and commented that I asked an awful lot of questions.which I had to ask because she was not giving a lot of information freely. Telling someone to get a second opinion and warning against too high expectations is one thing, and is quite frankly expected, but she did not listen to what I had to say, did not look at the pictures I brought, did not take suggestions about things I wanted to discuss. She only showed me one example of her work, and I had to nudge hard to see other examples. She was dismissive and made a lot of inaccurate assumptions about me where I felt very uncomfortable with her and regretted being in that vulnerable situation with her. I wouldn't go to her for a cold. A real shame, because the office staff is absolutely lovely.

Once she gets your money her warm and nice personality goes away. I actually feel nervous going there or calling with questions because she acts like I’m bothering her or wasting her time. The office staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Not her. Find someone else. If I need a revision (which I fear I will for a second time) I will be going elsewhere.
