  This is a good bait and tackle shop has been around for years. They have all of the local knowledge of what's going on in the area. And carry a nice selection of saltwater fishing tackle and all the bait that you need. John bushel Jr is always very helpful when going into the shop. They also have a nice little Luncheonette where the food and coffee is always good.

  Good food, good price for the amount of food. They have Dr. Pepper which is big for me when an establishment carries that soda. Would definitely eat here again.

  Love Earl the cook to death. Food is usually on point and delicious. Minus one star for unorganized servers. They can never get it together... They need to train them better on how to organize orders, drinks, serving, and check distribution and pick up.

  Really can't say enough good things about this place.Recently needed to take my mind off things so my husband and I decided were taking up fishing again,but needed a little refreshing.I have to say they have yet to disappoint.Not only does this place have that good ol' mom and pop feel to it like when you were a kid,but the food is also delicious.Its just an awesome place with good people and I feel like it's an extra bonus with good food.

  Good place to get your fishing gear before you head out on the surf. Prices are normal for the shore area. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

  Very knowledgeable when it comes to reel repair and one of the largest inventories of reel parts likely in existence. Although doing business with them is inconvenient for me on account of their shop being in New Jersey and me in Florida, I wouldn't trust my reels to anywhere else.

  Here is my review:
  
  1) Astetics - This place is filthy. Change the mop water once in awhile, this way I won't feel like a fly stuck on flytape. Stick, stick, stick, that's the sound you here when walking.
  
  2) Service - Not good. The waitress walked by the table three times and never asked if we needed anything. When I asked for a refill on my coffee, she seemed annoyed. I only wanted a refill thinking I might get lucky and get a fresh cup. No such luck. As a matter of fact, when leaving the waitress commented "oh you didn't finish that second cup of coffee".
  
  3) Food - In a word, terrible. The coffee was stale. The home fries were completely raw, loaded with undercooked onions, over seasoned and covered in greese. I understand that everyone deep-fries their scrapple these days, but the piece was so thick that it wasn't cooked thoroughly. The toast was so saturated with butter that I could feel my hart stopping as it entered my mouth.
  
  4) Price - Outrageous. With a small tip, the bill was $30 for two people to have a lousy breakfast. Conversely, down at Dockside, another bait & tackle dinner you can feed three for the same price and the quality of the food & service is far better.
