  Punky Brewster is my 12 year old Chihuahua. Dr. Decort is her attending physician. Through the years of bad teeth and collapsed trachea, heart disease and over grown toenails, he had been her champion. I know, personally, as a retired senior citizen, he makes every effort to be able for those times I thought I was going to lose my beloved companion. He has offered to help us, even after his day ended. When did you ever get service like that! The entire staff, Kathleen especially is a remarkable, efficient, personable right hand.You cannot find a better sanctuary for our fluffy family members😍

  The entire staff spends a lot of time giving me info and answering my questions...at appointments, on the phone, and through Facebook messenger. They are always patient and attentive. Most importantly, I trust that they will always recommend what's really best for the animals rather than what's easiest or most profitable for their practice.

  After our previous vet retired, it was difficult to find a vet my sister and I trusted. However, our search has ended with Dr. Decort and staff at Better Lives Animal Hospital. Dr. Decort took the time to not only prescribed medicine that has worked and continues to work for my allergy-inflicted pup, but also took the time to educate his owner about the hows and whys.
  This past week was very difficult for my family when our eldest dog stopped eating and became unable to walk. The staff at Better Lives were very empathetic and understanding and handle this tough, uncomfortable situation with all the care and courtesy one could ever expect. I highly recommend Better Lives Animal Hospital and their gracious, capable staff.

  Dr. Decort and staff were so kind and welcoming to myself & my fur baby. This was our first visit and the overall experience was PHENOMENAL!!!! All my questions & concerns were answered, my visit wasn't rushed and everything regarding my visit and upcoming visits were thoroughly explained. I am ecstatic! I have never had an experience like this before & am overjoyed that I made the right decision for myself, my family but most of all my fur babies!!!
