    I had hit a brick wall with a counterfeit seller of dog collars. PayPal did nothing to protect me. The BBB got me results FAST. Just remember you do have someone that can help! Thank you BBB!

    I am so grateful for the BBB. I have been up against major corporations with no avail. I was charged unfairly and could not get my dispute resolved until I the BBB. They resolve the issue in a matter of days. It is so helpful. I would have been charged extra for services I did not receive or my credit would have suffered.

    Extremely easy to initiate a complaint, simply fill in a form. BBB was quick to follow up even on a week end.
    Always kept me up to date with actions being taken.
    Were instrumental in resolving the issue and in very short order.
    Highly recommend using them.

    The BBB is for consumers who don't get what they paid for and BBB helps them through mediation. If you can't afford a lawyer to pay for a lawsuit, then I recommend BBB to get service providers to hold their end of the bargain. I have been using BBB for years and they have helped me with positive outcomes, I'd say like 95% of the time.

    I found the Better Business Bureau (BBB) to be an extremely effective advocate for me in a dispute that I recently had with the people search website, Spokeo. Spokeo's deceptive advertising caused me to be billed $24.95 for what should have been a $.95 charge. I called and wrote Spokeo with my requests for a refund to no avail. I then submitted my complaint to the Better Business Bureau and received a refund within one week. I can't thank the BBB enough for how it provided me a forum to deal with a less-than-honest company.
