They are the only service in townlots of equipment available they do pretty good work but slow as they only have one old tech with a crappy attitude.

I have bought 2 chainsaws, 2 leaf blowers (1hand held and 1 back pack) and a awd lawn mower from them. They also repaired a weed whacker I had bought at a box store. They have always given me a good price and great service. Sometimes I just stop in for advice or to compare prices. As always they are very accommodating. I would recommend them. Doug Warnke

Took a chainsaw there and they fixed it quickly and it was reasonably priced. I had the same saw to a different repair shop 3 times and I kept experiencing the same problem so I took it to betsie and they fixed it the first time I took it there. Good work and good customer service!

Took a mower to them to have it repaired and they put the wrong belt on and thus in operation it took another belt out with it. We paid for part of the second repair as they wouldn't stand behind their work. After we got it back for the second time there were parts they had not reassembled.
I will never do business there again.response / report this review
