Pleasant, attentive service for a gala event. The outdoor terrace was open and a good alternative to the noisy area outside the ballroom. The place is attractive and conveniently located, though the signage and confusingly similar names for the convention center and the conference center cause a number of us to try to park in the wrong place.

The food offered at the gala was better than the traditional gala fare. The servers were well and professionally managed.

I would be happy to attend other events here.

This hotel had been an excellent host for our annual Cotillion, I've never had any complaints. the facilities and good have been top notch. Close proximity to the highway makes it accessible to most communities in the area.

No pool. Poor restaurant recommendations off property. Gym is congested, under equipped. Marriott insists on having the worst coffee available in their rooms.

But rooms are clean and well appointed. Breakfast at their restaurant is great. Lobby is very nice. A good hotel for work. A bad hotel for a weekend in DC.

I love Marriott's, but this one isn't my favorite. It is located next to the metro. There are several good food options in the area. I don't feel safe enough to run by myself in the early, dark hours of the morning. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. The exercise room is small. The breakfasts are about $20. They are good, but I have something against paying that much for a breakfast. The conference rooms can accommodate for a massive amount of people.

Always a great experience. Food is great, table decorations are neat and pressed. Have been here three years in a row and never had a poor experience. Bathrooms are consistently clean as well. In prior stays overnight, the actual rooms are just as well kept and comfortable. Staff is nice, welcoming and professional.

Manel at the Starbucks inside the conference center was amazing! Despite the conference full of hundreds of people requesting Starbucks and the lengthy line at her kiosk, she remained poised. She worked with a smile on her face for 4 days straight, was happy to help, and never was flustered! She was a blessing to come into contact with.

This is a very nice hotel conference area for events. Lots of free parking nearby due to the metro stop and very accessible either by car, public transit, etc. The only downside to this location is the number of bathrooms. I don't think there are enough (only one is easy to find) and they definitely should have some sort of potpourri or cleaning crew come in more frequently.

Absolutely most rude and ridiculous reservation lady on the planet answered the phone as the Hilton. I ask if it's the Marriott and she told me yes... I said, "oh, you said the Hilton, my apologies." She continues to tell me I'm incorrect and was unwilling to work with me to find a room needed for a conference taking place there in 4 weeks. I ask what the closet hotel to her location and get the reply, "I don't know, have a nice day." I understand some people have bad days but this was out of the way rude... I'm a completely level headed person and feel completely taken aback by my experience. I feel bad for even writing this post but, some companies need to know how their employees act.
I'm glad I'm not staying and will never seek to stay at a Marriott in the future.

The rooms were really nice and the ballrooms were amazing. There was confusion about room keys and a bunch of people got double booked. This was fixed pretty quickly. Overall it was nice.

Came for a wedding. The staff were very helpful in making sure everything went smoothly. The interior has a nice modern, recently redone, look to it. Rooms are clean. I would come back again if I needed to stay in the area.

Basic Luxury. Rooms are nice, but my remote wasn't working right and a couple of lights weren't working. Food is pretty good in the restaurant. Nice that they had some local beer on tap.

Staff were a little strange but they might have been instructed to talk as little as possible? The dinkng room space was nice and fit the event well. It probably would have been better if they utilized the outdoor space as well as the hallway for the "happy hour." Parking was a weird situation, because the lot we shuttled back and forth from was further away from the hotel than the office was.

Hotel is, overall, comfortable and adequate but is inferior to other full service Marriott properties I've stayed at elsewhere in the country. They are currently constructing a parking garage which has made parking and the area around the hotel a mess. Rooms are on the small side and beds nothing special. I also attended a conference. The conference center auditorium was well appointed and comfortable.

I recommend stopping into the bar "On The Rocks". Staff was very friendly and the food and local beer was excellent.
