  We stayed in the two king suite with a pull out
  couch. We checked in earlier in the day and then drove to Gainesville to watch our son play lacrosse. We got back to the hotel after 10 pm. My husband went down to the lobby to get blankets etc. for the pull out couch for my daughter to sleep. He came back to the room with 2 flat sheets and a towel! He said that was all they had to give him. No pillows no blanket!!
  We told the front desk person the next day and she said she would tell her manager. Did not offer us my thing other than that!!!

  Besides the great location, great service, great PRICE. The customer service people here (Brandon, Tyler) Brandon takes the time to go above and beyond random great attitude even through hard personal times. Outstanding service by both by in their case Brandon {above and beyond).

  I enjoy staying at this hotel. It is close to work. Staff may not remember my name, but even with a year between visits they remember that I've stayed there. I like that. Always helpful when I need to use or get something from the kitchen. Rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable.

  The hotels personnel are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is pretty good. The rooms are fine. Parking spots are wider than usual. Location is convenient to gas stations, restaurants, etc. Excellent overall. I stayed during hurricane Irma.

  Very nice and clean. The people are gently and professional. Nice little pool. A very interesting gim. The room, a classic king was big and silent.

  Such a great hotel. When I first arrived staff were very friendly and helped me to my luggage and such. The rooms are immaculate and clean. The beds are comfortable and televisions are nice. WiFi is available and fast. Average price is $99 for one night in two beds. Includes free cookies and popcorn. The bathrooms are good and clean. Free soaps and they are small portion take home soaps. includes a mini fridge.

  Very clean, the hotel was quite. It was full and I didn't hear every creak and noise and door slam that you normally hear at hotels. The walls were not paper thin. The bed was pretty comfy and the AC was nice and cold. No complaints.

  The location is wonderful its walking distance to anything you may need. The rooms were I say an 7 out of 10 both rooms we were in had plumbing issues but other than that a wonderful experience. The service was great everyone was polite and respectful.

  It was conveniently located. There is a Cracker Barrel and a Shell station close by. The rooms were stylishly furnished and very comfortable. The bath tub was large and had hot water. The sink area was big enough for all of our necessities. The staff was friendly and breakfast was good.

  Motel is fairly new and rooms are nice. Beds are great. Breakfast was quite good. Staff was very helpful and friendly. All was good except for the housekeeping. We stayed several nights and our room wasn't cleaned. We were in the room when they came very early and asked them to come back and they never returned. Except for that everything was fine. Will definitely return when we come back to the area. Which we do. Definitely a gem for the price. Quite reasonable for the area.

  The location was perfect for everything we needed to do during this stay. The staff were so personable and accommodating. We felt welcomed like family. The Hot and Cold breakfast was great and the popcorn machine in the lobby and hot chocolate chip cookies were yummy too. We will definitely be looking for Best Western hotels for future travels.
