Very friendly customer service, if you don't have a car or not willing to drive their shuttle will drive you to the train station, the mall or ikea. And surprisingly fast internet!

My experience was not the best when we checked in the credit card machine was not working, the phones were not working and we only had 2 towels in the room

There's no pool or jacuzzi, AND breakfast costs $10 FREAKIN DOLLARS!!!! WTF that is???? Oh well, the Planes Operation flies on. Buttugly for LIFE!!! STFU!!!
