Rooms are nice. It needs some cosmetic work. It worked for my family, because we were at King's Dominion all day. Just needed a place to stay overnight.

Now I'll admit that I am personally a member of the rather small niche-fetish community of Mid-Evil Torture Device Autoerotique. So you can imagine my dungeon master Skallisgrad and I have a difficult time finding decent lodging while vacationing but much to my surprise, our room came outfitted with a genuine replica of the infamous Iron Maiden conveniently folded up into the couch! By the gods, what luck!? My spinal column will be bruised for weeks, just how I like it! Plus the dedication to authenticity didn't end there nobody had TV in the Middle Ages, but thankfully that devil's light box wouldn't work even if we wanted it to. And to simulate the wide-spread famine, there was no breakfast to speak of in sight! I would recommend this hotel to all of my friends in the MEDTA community, plus anyone else looking for a chance to experience 1957's The Seventh Seal in the comfort of their own motel room! 5/5 would stay again!

The hotel is nice and clean and conveniently located right next to Kings Dominion so if you're going there it's a perfect place to say it's not a new hotel but it was clean and neat and the front staff were friendly

We had a lovely stay. We have a well behaved large dog and this place was pet friendly. Everyone managing the front desk was lovely- Carrie especially was a genuine pleasure and so kind. She was so courteous and so kind to us and our dog. The rooms were so clean, lovely and spacious , we were very touched by the coffee and the pet disposal bags. We really appreciate the pet friendly hotel and the extremely good rates. We 100% will recommend this place to everyone we know and visit it in the way back

Convenient location except the rooms and buildings are a bit outdated! Rooms were ok, not exceptionally clean like any other hotel. High priced for a hotel that doesn't offer breakfast or beverages as a courtesy. Our last and only stay that's for sure.

If you are looking for a place -kinda clean-close to the park to sleep ,then stay here.Off season prices are cheap.The pool was closed. but clean.It is a motel,doors outside,so you get what you pay for. Don't think Ritz Carlton or Comfort Inn even.If you are looking for anything else run in the oposite direction.Guest laundry,they have no quarters,detergents,and machines old take your money,hot water is a no go in the washer .You can sit in your--any room -and listen for the only dryer-the other has no knob(who takes a dryer knob?),its that loud. Tub is rusty,bathroom door barely clears the door.didn't want to pry to deep as to cleanliness of room.As I began seeing stink bugs I didn't want to find anything else so just stopped looking.

Im not even giving them a star this was the most unsatisfying hotel i have ever stayed at. I called them told them we would be arriving ealier than the check in time they said okay i get there jist for them to tell me i have to wait 5 hours to check in amd keep in mind we've been traveling for hours. Not one roo. Was clean and ready for us to go into

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. Stayed one night. Very run down, sketchy looking. One working outlet in the room, beds small and uncomfortable. Swing lock (the type on every hotel door) was an inch above the knob it's supposed to lock over. Coffee packets were provided - 4 decaf - super useful in the morning (note my sarcasm). Convenient walk to Kings Dominion, but don't bother - stay in a nicer place and drive in. Asked how my stay was upon check out, stated "it sucked." Reply was, "Sorry to hear that, you're all checked out."

If it was possible to give them 0 stars I would! PLEASE be aware of this hotel and do not book here. The hotel is completely run down. We have been coming here every year for many years while it was Best Western. This year was our first year here under the new name "Centerstone Inn" and the first time we have ever had a problem. We were here for 5 days and rented 2 rooms and during those 5 days we had to switch rooms 4 times. 1 REAKED of pot, next room water was leaking through the ceiling and in a non smoking room the room smelled like smoke, next room tub and toilet were backing up and then finally we were moved to A DECENT room the day before we left. I am telling you do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this hotel. Management is USELESS and RUDE. There was only ONE nice employee whose name was Rebecca, who if it wasn't for her we would of left by the second night. However, it's a shame that the management is nothing but rude and disrespectful. Have been waiting for 2 days now for a call from someone from "upper management". Save your money and patience and go to a different hotel! We will not be returning here!

I'm giving this hotel absolutely 0 STARS!. This place is a mess. Room service is very slack. The tub were dirty underneath the mat in the tub and around, they had mold on the wall, the toilet was clogging, they have Roaches. We practically cleaned the room our selfs. The chairs that was in our room wAs dirty and had food in it. It was crumbs all on the floor . The front office smelt like urine. And the bathrooms were absolutely gross. They might as well tear the hotel down. They are extremely lazy. When we lift up our bed and they had cracker wrappers under it like the janitors just made up the bed and covered it up. Y'all do not go here they suck! Y'all suck!

Very nice clean rooms. Convienantly located beside kings dominion which is why we are here. Arrived 3 hours before check in but my room was ready so they let me check in early which i appreciated after the long drive from ohio. Would of gave them a 5 but my room per night was 202 but i just checked and now they are going for 98 a night. Thats a huge difference. Wish they would of gave me that rate but what ya gonna do? Staff was nice

No clean towels!!! We spent the day at Kings Dominion and came back to the room to shower and go to bed. We still had dirty towels on the floor. The beds were made. But no clean towels. We called the desk to get towels. She said she had no more towels, housekeeping was gone for the night, and she couldn't get towels from the unoccupied rooms. No manager available to talk to. Our keys had to be reactivated every time we left the room. Everyday, all 4 days. One day we had a 40 minute wait in the lobby to reactivate our keys after a long day at the park. It was ridiculous. Terrible customer service.

Stopped for the night to split up our drive between PA and SC. It was very clean, comfortable, and we had a good breakfast in the Denny's attached. It's super close to the theme park too! It also has a pool and a playground. We only stayed one night but easily could have stayed several.
