The staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is no elevator if you have a room on the second floor of the separate building, so be aware. Security lacked in terms of locked doors that entry from the street. Safest building is the one with a locked entry. Rooms were large, clean and had great temperature control. Aside from the logistics mentioned, I had a nice quick stay here. I would recommend it again based on the cost savings compared with other nearby spots.

Beds are like sleeping on a sheet of plywood and 2×4's and bathrooms I believe where built for children I'm an average size 6'1 230lbs guy and I could barely use the toilet #2. My cousin who is 5'9 145lbs also had a hard time using the toilet as well. The price was good, service was excellent and very friendly. The room was clean with good cable, the breakfast was great lots of items to choose from. The sausage gravy and biscuits with a waffle got me thru late afternoon. If bathrooms where a little bigger and they bought new beds I would give 5 stars. All in all it was a good experience just didn't sleep well.

This is the perfect 5/10, and you pay exactly that. Now remmeber 5/10 isn't bad, it's just average. Best western is the standard hotel, compare all other hotels via your stay at this one.

Staying here short term while work finds us apartments. I wanted a king suite originally, but the regular king room was fine. Space fridge is reasonably sized, but no freezer. Rooms are a little dated, but I slept awesome from the first day. Location is very quiet and there is a LOT of parking space. Glad I stayed here.

Stayed one night enroute to to Rhode Island. The location was near the downtown area and close to several restaurants for supper. The breakfast buffet was very good. Hot, Tasty and plentiful. Room was comfortable and clean. Check in and out was efficient and staff we meet were very helpful.

Best bang for your buck. Clean!!! Nice, pleasant staff at the front desk (Ron) & staff at buffet kept it full and clean & saw them help someone with the waffle maker. Good selection at the included breakfast buffet and all clean and neat. Updated overall front desk, buffet area, and rooms too. Definitely will stay there again. Thank you Best Western.

Clean and comfortable rooms, very friendly staff. Very roomy with sinks outside bathroom with lots of space. Reasonably priced laundry just 1.50. Easy in and out for access around Utica.

We were very pleased with our stay at this Best Western. This was the first time traveling with our dog and the Pet Friendly section of the motel was perfect. A dog walking area was located a short distance from our room. The staff were friendly and accommodating to every need. We were especially pleased with the completely hot breakfast---one of the best we have seen while on the road. Staff employee, Iris, even provided us a tray so we could take our meals back to our room. Other motels may appear fancier on the outside, but this one certainly met all of our needs and more than our expectations. Many thanks, Best Western!

Staff is great. outside decor of hotel is being updated and parking lot was just repaired. Rooms are clean and odor free. kind of the old school hotel/ motel look. best part of this hotel for the main building that is only 1 story when you leave your room you are in an outside enclosed hallway. this is great on rainy or snowy days for this area.

I was very pleasantly surprised at how enjoyable my stay was here at the Best Western. In town for a college graduation and got a great night's sleep and treated very well by the staff. Breakfast was better than I expected too. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

This Best Western is in a great location. Close to great restaurant's. Nice district that is growing every time I come back this way with great coffee shops, small bakery's with wonderful variety of breads, desserts to die for and great lunches at great prices.
Most in walking distance.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Adirondack Inn while on a leisure trip. The outside of the property looked a little tired, but the room was updated and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The room temperature was easy to adjust and there was plenty of hot water for showers. The staff was helpful and friendly. I asked for an extra blanket and promptly received one. The complementary breakfast was quite good with several hot items plus the usual cereal and breakfast breads. I would stay here again when visiting the Utica area.
