Convinient location, very clean and updated rooms, equipped with mini fridge, iron & board, AC, free WiFi, Pen & note pad, rooms are on the small size scale but never the less cozy and details enfasizeing on Crisp Clean towel arrangements and Good quality toiletries displayed on a slick modern well lightened vanity as you enter your room give it that inviting feel of spa comfort.
I found the room to be above satisfactory more so than the staff. I didn't feel welcomed, if it wasn't for the fact I had to check-in I would've been un-acknowledge.
There was 2 young ladies in the office lobby whom just stared blanked at me till I got to the front desk and greeted THEM, there was never a smile, nor was I told about complementary breakfast, Wi-Fi, or that the ice machine on my floor was broken & there was a second floor ice machine that worked 😒
My stay there would have been better if staff, specialy front desk clerks, showed basic customer service ethics to match and optimize the quality of this Hotel that's why I'm giving it a 3 star.response / report this review -

Rooms were clean, but you had to let the water run for at least 20 mins to get at least luke warm water. The a/c didn’t work in one room and when we called the front desk they said to let it run for a few mins. We told them it had been running for 3hrs!! In town due to a death in the family. Checked out after the first night!!

Rooms where clean and very comfy. Breakfast bar was stocked and very good selection of food. We enjoyed our stay!

The service was very friendly. The rooms were nothing special, but they were perfectly adequate. The only complaint would be that the hotel is right next to a freeway, and that you can hear the cars drive by. There was also a gas station literally right next to it, which made it extremely convenient to fill up the car with gas and grab some snacks to continue with our road trip. The picture I posted is a view of the freeway from the room balcony.

Nice, clean hotel with nice pool and good breakfast. Had issues with shower control and did not have hot water a couple times. Despite the lack of hot water, hotel staff, all but one, we're responsive and apologetic.

It was a good price for the area. But my room which was non smoking reeked of smoke. The door was hard to open and close. We ran out of shampoo and toilet paper and asked for more and it was never sent. And that was after calling the front desk 5 times and letting it ring 15 times before it was finally answered. They mixed up our reservation and after the 2nd night called me to say that if I didn't extend my reservation they were going to remove my belongings and that they couldn't give me the original rate that it was reserved with.

Stayed in the 3 story building in a suite. The room was nice, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Loved the waffles!! Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our experience at this Best Western was good and we would stay here again.

Nice clean rooms, slow internet, few tv channels but nice friendly staff and quiet hotel even though in busy area. It was super safe and convenient to everything.

There was a great and friendly staff, made you feel very welcome, and so helpful! the rooms were very clean and neat, and very affordable! the variety of breakfast food was awesome too! I would highly recomend staying here, we will for sure be comimg back! 😀
