I recommend this hotel for a nice comfortable, affordable place to stay. It's right on the river walk and right off the expressway. The complimentary breakfast is much better than average. Beds are comfy and room size was decent. I like that there is a restaurant and pub. The employees work hard and are friendly and helpful. My room was in need of some updates, but ok for the price. It looks like a fun place for a summer gathering with their large outdoor facilities overlooking the river.
This hotel met our expectations....friendly staff, comfortable accommodations, good breakfast, and on-site restaurant provided good location for enjoyable dinner at reasonable prices. Reaching the site a little challenging after exiting from Rte 93 - the Hotel sign is not lit and highway signs are not consistently displayed for driver to see.
Had a great stay at the Best Western Adams Inn. Staff was very accommodating and took great care of us. Sean was amazing. He knew who we were and made sure we were taken care of. He always addressed us by name and even asked how we were doing. If I were to open a hotel, he would be my first hire. I will gladly stay here on my next visit. Thanks for a great visit!
We had the best service during our stay. Sean the manager was on top of things, and the rest of the team of employees went above and beyond for us. Excellent customer service. Food yummy! Thank you very much for making our first Visit to Boston so awesome! M.D.
We used the Park and Fly option, which was a quick and easy (and cheap) way to not only get to the airport at 5am via shuttle, but also be brought back to my car after a week! The rooms were clean and the walls surprisingly thick. I didn't hear a peep all night from my neighbors! The guy who drove us via shuttle was awesome and got us to the airport quickly. He maneuvered the Boston roads very well!
I visited Quincy for the first time 06/16. When I got to the airport, I had only just made reservations to stay at the Adam's Inn. I called the hotel to see if it would be possible to check in early, as my flight was earlier than the 3pm check in. I have to say that I am a little in love with the gentleman who helped me( I wish I could remember his name!). He was wonderful. He checked to see if my room was ready, and it was. He also had the hotel transportation waiting for me when I exited the airport. In all seriousness though, he was very friendly, helpful and it helped set the tone for the rest of my stay. The hotel was clean, in a great location, beautiful view of the river. The rest of the hotel staff were just as helpful. I did not eat at the pub on site, as I was out visiting family. I would definitely stay again!
Staff was very friendly. And the little pub was great. The room was pretty standard for a hotel only draw I didn't like was the bathroom there bad virtually no water pressure at all.
River front. Near city. Right across a river park. Great restaurants near by. Below average breakfast.
Very bad, I would not recommend anyone to go there, stay for four nights was told that rates was 179$ a night and without notification they charge me more stating rate changes each day, so why tell me it cost 179$, that's not even a issue, they also h of my deposit for almost two weeks now and still haven't got my money back, service was horrible, gave me a hard time when I ask for towels, and foremost I ask for a late checkout before I check in and at the last night, and when it was time to check out, they totally did not give me the late checkout and was rude especially when I ask one of the workers for his name, his answer was go to hell, it was the worse experiment ever, I would sleep in my car! Do not go there, very bad customer service and they are. It honest with business
Be sure to try this restaurant and hotel. The Adams Pub (at the Best Western Adams Inn in Quincy MA) is really excellent offering a wide variety of choices. The options are great. The food is well prepared, and the presentation is very attractive. They offer several home-made soups, which are all great. The steak tips are first rate, as are the weekly menu options offered by the chef. I had stuffed peppers there this time, and they were very good. The servers and bar tenders are all very pleasant and outgoing, especially Janine and Marty, who make everyone welcome and often keep up with big crowds. This is a small but very enjoyable venue with a great atmosphere. Be sure to try it! The hotel is good, currently completing major exterior renovations, and the location is ideal.
Spent 3 nights in the establishment, the rates were great I cant complain. Where this place fails miserably is communication and following any sort of logical standard.
When the shuttle left our group off at the airport my cell phone was left in the van. No problem, the van was going back to the hotel everything should be fine. I call the hotel 20 minutes later, I'm told they cant contact the driver and I'll just have to wait until the shuttle gets back to the hotel.
Great! I had family members keep in contact, the hotel was to call back.. never called back. This is around my 3rd day trying to get in touch with someone to solve this but I keep getting "we will call you back". Having someone check the van is just too much work. Those extra 20 steps for a $800 device will not be taken here.
