    I wouldn't give this company any stars if that was an option. The customer service is absolutely horrible with no attempt to hide the lack of professionalism by any of the three staff that answered the phones. They shipped a rusted, damaged casket and blamed my sister for "opening it wrong". They tried to convince the funeral director to accept it, claiming the the broken hinge wasn't a big deal and the door wouldn't fall close (on my deceased father). When that didn't work, they tried to get their long-time delivery driver to take a hinge from the lower part of the casket to place on the upper half. The company blatantly insulted my family and the funeral director. They claimed they would just refund the delivery fee of $295 but didn't even do that. I can't believe this is a business. The business owner "Terry" and his staff were an absolute nightmare to deal with and should not be given the opportunity to take advantage of other vulnerable families. I still ended up having to purchase a more expensive casket from the funeral home, as I was not willing to take the risk on another company. I imagine they'll be facing litigation from multiple sources. I wish I would've read the other reviews on this site before my family conducted business with these insensitive people. Buyer beware!!!

    The owner of this company is an ass and if i ever get the pleasure of meeting him i am going to slap the sh@# out of him! I have never ever been talked to like this from someone i am trying to give my business to. It is so bad you wonder if your getting pranked and start looking for cameras. His employees are very nice and are very ashamed of him. I cannot imagine what it would be like to work for him. Think i am kidding, read other reviews on his company and all negativitey is about this jerk.

    If was possible to leave a no star review, I would. This company sold a casket to a family who chose cremation. The funeral home advised the family they did not need to purchase a casket for cremation purposes. The family called the owner (who refuses to give his name) and cancelled the order, where the owner got verbally abusive to the family using obscene language. The company then went ahead and charged the families credit card, with out providing a service, which is in violation of laws both on a federal and state level. The nameless owner then preceded to call the funeral home, irate, stating the family was advised against a third party casket sale. This is false, once the law was explained and that the compliance was met the owner continued to rant and hang up. He has called the funeral home multiple times, even using the deceased name as his name and once caught refusing to give a name, to give an irate rant about this family's contesting the charge for the casket. The family who cancelled the charge via their credit card company has filed a complaint with the FTC and Better Business and is seeking to prosecute the company and the owner. The charges against them will not only be for wrongly charging the card, but for causing mental duress during a families most difficult time.
    In full disclosure, I am a licensed funeral director, who witnesses this company putting negative reviews on my funeral home, and others websites. In addition, the FTC law does not allow a funeral home to refuse a third party casket purchases. The FTC law is silent on casket rental. The owner feels that negative reviews on google, yelp, ect. will justify his demeanor and business practices, which are all in question.

    I called to order an urn, and the person that answered the phone was so unbelievable rude! He told me that the urn I wanted was no longer available and that they discontinued it because another company sold it, and complained. I asked where I could find it and he said that he didn't know. Then I quote "sorry we'll pass" then proceeded to hang up on me. I had talked to a lady earlier that day and she told me that they did have that urn and she was very nice. Because of the rudeness I just received I won't even pick a different urn from this company I'll take my hundreds of dollars and go somewhere else!! I don't recommend this company to anyone! It's hard enough on a family losing someone, they don't need to be treated so poorly!

    There is a very good reason why this business is rated so poorly. It is run by terribly insensitive and rude people.

    My sister has the unfortunate task of trying to find a casket for my dying mother. She reached out after doing some research online wanting to see three options for her casket. The response she was given was:

    " well I hope it's not a hundred options. It is a lot of work"

    Finding a casket for someone you love is hard enough already and clearly in the situation rudeness is not appreciated. When my sister confronted the owner about the situation she was told:

    "This IS too much work. Go buy somewhere else"

    I cannot believe that anyone in the ownership of a business would speak this way to any consumer. What really upsets me is that this was to a woman who was trying to find options for her dying mother. Have a little tact and a little respect as a human being.

    I highly recommend you find alternatives for caskets. This is not the business you want to be working with especially for such an important event. You have been warned.

    I am a funeral professional and have served families that purchased from this company two different times. Both times the caskets were severely damaged upon arrival and the delivery company was unwilling to take them back. We contacted Best Price Caskets to come and pick up their casket and they refused, spoke rudely to us, hung up on us, and blocked our numbers. The family had to hire an attorney to get their money back which was added stress at an already difficult time. I urge you, please, DON'T PURCHASE from this company. Purchase your caskets from a reputable company who will stand by their products. This kind of treatment is the last thing a family should have to deal with.

    The owner of this company is RUDE RUDE RUDE RUDE .WE ARE A DELIVERY COMPANY HERE IN LAS VEGAS AND I WILL NEVER DO ANY DELIVERY FOR THIS PERSON .........amazing that's he still in bussiness with this kind of behavior.
    Please save your money he is heartless.
    I will give you a negative stars if I could .

    Good day,

    I called for shipping information, because one website listed a NY address for this company. I'm in NY so I wanted to know the price to ship to another NY address.

    The very rude person (a male) who answered the phone, began telling me about shipping prices and how often flights come into LaGuardia Airport. He then wanted to go into a spiel about how I would be saving $4,000. I told him that's not what I'm asking you. Is the company located in NY? He began mocking me, I was calling him sir, and he began mocking me by calling me ma'am as many times as I called him sir.

    Someone is calling you because there's been a death in their family and you are rude and mock them - you WILL NOT get my business and I will tell others NOT to use this company.
