$470 just to have my car returned, after TWO DAYS, making more rattling noises AND A BROKEN TAIL LIGHT. I had brought the car back to be fixed, but the noise still continues. I see my car everyday, I think I would have noticed the crack in my light WAY before now. I asked about the light, but I need picture proof that my light wasn't broke before it was worked on. The guy went on to tell me that he would "take all the new parts off and give it back to me the way it came in". He also told me that my car came in damaged and I'm putting blame on them just to get parts for free. Worst customer service I've ever experienced

The staff went above and beyond my expectations! I recently had two tires replaced here, at which point they did an overall (general) check on my SVU- battery level was on the low side of normal. About a week later, my battery was dead and I was unable to jump it. Best One sent out two guys (super friendly) to jump my car AT MY HOUSE (!!) and then they took my car in to replace the battery. 45 minutes later, I picked up my car with a new battery- doesn't get much easier than that. Now THAT is customer service you just can't get anywhere else!! You have a lifelong customer in myself and my husband- thank you!

Excellent service. I bought a set of tires. While changing the tires, the service tech found that I had a badly fractured rim. Without me asking, he called Ray's Auto Parts and found a replacement rim for me! Finding service like that is rare theses days.

Great place that fixes what's wrong. Fast & friendly. Great customer service! The only reason that I don't give it 5 stars is that they seem a little more expensive.
