I ordered a swivel barrel chair and chose the fabric for it to be upholstered. When I received the chair, I realized the workers had not paid attention to the direction of the knap of the fabric. The back and cushion of the chair look like one type of fabric, while the outside of the chair looks like a totally different fabric and color which doesn't even match. I brought this to the attention of the furniture store but was told they have no way of dealing with the Best Home Company as everything goes through the vendor and apparently he is not willing to correct the problem. This is not a satisfactory answer from any one of the
people contacted.

Bought a reclining leather sofa a little over three years ago and have had nothing but problems with it. Within three months the so called leather on the right front arm had cracked. The furniture company I bought it from replaced it and lo and behold barely two years later it also has cracked. This time it is no longer in warranty so looks like my $2500 sofa is toast. We were told Best was the only manufacturer to use solid leather throughout their products, lies. You couldn’t pay me to ever buy another one of their products. JUNK!!!

Real bummer. Bought a nice recliner for vacation home and within 24 months the material failed. The chair might be used a total of 2 weeks out of the year. Retailer said called manufacturer and said sorry out of warranty nothing we can do. Hard to think about buying this brand again if the BHF won't stand behind the product.

Purchased 3 recliners 3 years ago but we are only at this location 5 months of the year. Mechanism is shredding leaving a fine black powder on the carpet. This black stuff does not come out of the carpet. Contacted dealer who called Best Inc and was told they would ship new mechanisms at a cost of 65.00 each. The fabric is also looking like these are 10years old. Poor product, poor quality and poor service. Because we are only here 5 months of the year these chairs are only technically 2 years old. Use caution when purchasing their chairs. If I could leave a zero star I would. Worst purchase we have made even though the dealer said they have few issues with theses chairs. Just read reviews before buying.

Special ordered a power rocker recliner, after two months the motor would not hold recline position, the dealer replaced part. It is doing the same thing again 6 months later. Also the cord for the remote recline is so short it will not even hang on the side of the chair, its falls in beside cushion and reclines after getting out of chair. dangerous for handicapped person. cheap parts for an $800.00 chair

As a furniture man who grew up in the business - crawling around the showroom floor as a tot, playing in the many warehouses as a young lad, to working the delivery trucks and then on the sales floor - and who's family has been in the business over 70 years - BCIN makes an amazing product that we just don't see anymore!

Made in the USA for one, a solid frame, lifetime warranty, and hundreds of the best covers coming out of the mills you can't go wrong!

They make great motion pieces and while other companies are cutting costs by importing everything from China and Vietnam Best has kept their products made here in the USA as much as possible and that is a big sell for consumers and a great topic for salesmen!

BCIN pieces have the least amount of problems compared to all of the other brands we carry, some of which are household names - and most of the reasons why a BCIN piece comes back is due to neglect or abuse by the owners.

Terrible office chair. The cushioning is good, but the fake leather material is cracking and peeling all over only after a few years of use. This company does not make furniture that lasts! I spent a lot of money on such a terrible chair.

We purchased two Best Home Furnishing chairs from a local retailer. Within two months the skirt on the bottom of one of the chairs came apart and had to be repaired. I also asked the retailer about the material puckering on the right side of both chairs and, after coming out to inspect them, he contacted the Best rep to look at them. The left side of both chairs are perfect so I know I was not asking for the impossible.

The Best rep came to our home and was arrogant from the get go. He said that the chairs were built to Best's standards, on an assembly line. If we wanted better built chairs, we should have paid more money and purchased something custom made.

I am not making this up!!

I followed up by calling the Customer Service dept at Best's head office. While "Bonnie" was polite and courteous, she has not gotten back to me. I made it clear that I was not asking for a refund, I simply wanted an apology for the less-than-adequate customer service and the poor workmanship.

Please, please do not waste your money purchasing from Best. Surely, there are superior manufacturers out there; ones that will actually stand behind the furniture they make.

Horrible furniture. I have a sofa less than a year old. It sags, the arms are separating from the seat and the fabric is wearing badly. When I called they said this is between me and the dealer. No service. I replaced a ten year old recliner with this piece of furniture and the 10 year old piece looked better than this one. They offered a replacement cushion but the only replacement I want is a full refund so I can buy a pieced of furniture that looks good. We are a retired family of two so it doesn't get the wear it would with a family. It is impossible to remove stains from the fabric. For $1,288.77 I expect it to last more that 8 months.

We have 8 of there reclining sofas in our assisted living facility.. 3 of the them have failed. Called for parts.. was told limited lifetime means 7 years..No parts available period. no attempt to help in any way.. one of the worst customer service experiences in my long life.. don't buy products from companies that dont care about the customer

We have a Best Chairs wing-back chair in a rental cabin that we own. It's at least 10 years old. While it doesn't necessarily get the wear that a sofa does, it still looks great and is one of the most comfortable chairs we've ever sat in. We hope to buy a similar one for our home.

I visited this factory as part of a factory tour. They spared no expenses on accommodations. Was impressed by the organization of the factory and by the fact it is an American company with American jobs. Best also makes good furniture.
