Awful experience. We bought tickets for the Mot. We paid for the tickets and the fee, signed the documents that we agree that we are financially responsible for the changes on our part. I rarely write reviews, but this situation is disgusting. They themselves postpone the date of the concert, they do not care if you can come on a new date, and they charge you money for this. They left the fee on the balance on their website, but, of course, in the future we don't want to have any relationship with this company. Perhaps someone decides to take tickets through another company and will not learn a lesson about losses due to the fault of this company. They take money at once the entire amount, and only return for the tickets. The amount is small, but not one company in the world does this, we have extensive experience in purchasing any tickets: avia and for concerts, there were no such situations, they always returned as much as they took if it is the fault of the company itself, which cannot provide the service on time. I contacted the support service, received a refusal when I asked who I can communicate with on this issue, perhaps the management, they just stopped responding to letters.
