  Only 2 people working and had to wait 30 mins to exchange an apple watch. Good service once I got helped. Definantly need more staff working

  Every time I've gone into this store, they are amazingly helpful, friendly, honest, and down to earth. I've only had positive experiences here, and I've always been impressed by how knowledgeable these employees are. The service is INFINITELY better than at typical stand-alone Verizon stores. I feel like I'm being treated like a person and not just a number in a long list of customers. I always receive tons of one-on-one attention and end up leaving very happy with my purchases. Once I bought a phone from them years ago, I'll never go back to a typical Verizon store again. Thanks for the wonderful service!!

  Great group of guys! All the J's and Austin had a hand to complete our sales tonight. Jared stuck around way longer than he should but had so much info and really sealed the deal.   Fun, knowledgable, and by far the best deals in the mall. The staff was amazing. I don't know why anyone would ever buy a cell phone anywhere else. Their Geek Squad Protection is awesome and their buy back program is a steal. You just have to visit them to understand all of the benefits they have. Simply an amazing cell phone buying experience!!!
