  The service was great. They know their stuff! My only issue is that they are a little more expensive. I bought an igniter for my gas stove for $50, and could’ve bought online for $30 plus shipping.

  Usually I research everything. This weekend I did not. That makes me the fool for trusting the owner to be the same fair and honest person I delt with 15 years ago. This weekend he charged me $75 for a $22 part. Do your research and find out how much things should before you go to this Best Buy Appliance of North Orem.
  Everybody needs to earn a buck, but that is a steep mark up for a slow learner.

  Do not buy any electrical part from this place unless you have the part number these people will not take any electrical parts back even when they give you the wrong part witch I found out. I bought a part witch cost me 20.00 plus they charged me 2 percent for using a debit card well it was the wrong part and they would not refund the part I will never do business with this place again

  They rip you off . They have me the wrong parts, when I went back to exchange them he said it was my fault. He gave me the part I needed but would not give me a refund of the $20 he owed me. I left with one part when I paid $40 for two and my old part he said just to use because it still works.
  Absolutely horrible.

  I went in asking about their fridges and in the middle of our conversation he answers another call without even excusing himself like were done talking. And their selection looked terrible.

  If these guys don't have a part you need then that would be an amazing situation they're very great place to go to and get parts for your stove and dryer and such also buying new and used as a good thing from them they know how to take care of it

  Helpful and Knowledgable. I went in today looking to buy three parts for my worn down whirlpool dryer. After speaking with the repairman he let me know that I didn't need to buy one of the parts. I was impressed with their integrity, and I'll shop here next time I need any appliance parts.

  Got a nice used dishwasher. They were friendly and reasonable. New technology can be hard to repair.
