    Great store, well stocked and clean. The staff is usually really friendly and knowledgeable. If you have an immediate IT or electronics need, check this store out first.

    Wide item selection, good products and brands.
    Lousy customer service. Employees were more interested in flirting with fellow employees, than to attend to customers.

    Always seems to busy. They do try to help you quickly. We always seem to be in there for long time while things get done. We were getting new phones. The young man that helped us was very personable and knowledgeable. He got everything taken care if for me so I had nothing to worry about or do later. Best Buy employees know how to take care of a customer. I will continue going there.

    Had issues finding a product, ask an associate where it would be. They walked me to right where it was. Appreciate the extra effort given and not just told a vague "it's over there" Their business system prompts too many questions at point of sale

    Horrible experience! This store is full of corrupt, deceitful, thieving manager and employees. They cannot fulfill their promises and use unethical and misleading business practices at the best!

    Employees have very little knowledge of products they sell. They seem to believe that the higher the price the better the product, even though they know nothing about it.

    Pretty bad service. Waited for help. Asked the front desk if they could help. They couldnt leave their desk... but would send someone over. No one showed up. Got up to the front desk and they tried to over charge by DOUBLE!!

    I Went to pick up a couple Nintendo Switch games, before I left to go to the store, I checked online to make sure they had two particular games in stock and they were both available at this store. When I Got to the store both games were not on display even though they were released 3 days before my visit (no price tag or anything on display about these games). I was also extremely disappointed in the display of the Nintendo switch titles because they had around 50 copies of both Arms and 1-2 Switch taking up about 1/3 of the whole display. Please keep your displays up to date and have every title equally available for your customers to view and purchase. (Also it makes a game look bad if you have an enormous number of copies of it on the shelf, just keep like 10-15 out and put the rest in storage)

    Like most Best Buy stores there is a little bit of everything to be found. Very knowledgeable staff. If it has a plug, wires or a battery Best Buy's Ames probably sells it. Jeff

    Sean and Sarah provided me and my fellow patron wonderful service. It's the quickest I've ever found what I wanted in a store and the most efficienctly I've ever been able to purchase my product. The whole store had a great aesthetic and was well kept, but the part that really "WOW"ed me was the service.

    Kudos to our sales rep at Best Buy in Ames, IA on Sat afternoon. Our sales rep was very helpful and explained any questions that I may have had with the Bose Soundsport Wireless Headphones. Thanks for a great experience!

    Computer staff and Geek do not know hardware well. Had to explain the difference between laptop processors? They should be explaining this to the customer, not the other way around.

    Very knowledgeable sales person who even got us a discounted price. Delivery/set up guys were really good.
    Excellent from start to finish.
    Customer service was also good when we had a question later.

    I've always had good luck with buying electronics at this Best Buy. They have very knowledgeable sales associates for specific departments with very nonbiased information. No pressure sales.

    Fairly good collection. Not all the variants of new gadgets available. They will suggest to order and wait for few days for shipment.

    First, every time I came, I need to wait more than one hour, and their workers said they were busy, but they are just talking to the costomer and do nothing. Second, they are not familiar with the works at all. I brought and returned my note7 here, and at the first recall, they let me wait for 4 days even the phone was at their store. At second recall, they got my old phone, and said go to att ask for the refund. ATT refund some(I pre-ordered by att next plan and pay over 400 for downpayment), but most of them they said I need to go to bestbuy to process. I called them again, they gave me a number, and said call the number which is bestbuy costomer service, and I called. Finally I got the answer that I need to come to the store and the store should deal with that, but why did not do that when they picked my recalled phone? the only thing I think is that they are totally not good at working. Now i am at this store to ask them about the refund, but what they doing? They are talking and doing nothing with a costomer. and also, one of their workers is racist, but not that matter.
    At all, I would not buy anything in this store and I strongly suggest that you do not, too.
