  One of the most helpful Best Buy's I've been to. The staff is great and the store is clean. It's very easy to find everything. It's a little small and doesn't have the home theater section, but that's not their fault. Wish this was a large store!

  Not too many places left for electronics anymore. Lots of staff asking how they can help. Pleasantly surprised to see household appliances. Found some really good deals for Christmas gifts. Not as many DVD movies as in past.

  Got a ton of Christmas shopping done at this one stop shop. Something for everyone on my list. I wanted to get started early this year, but also I wanted to wait for black Friday deals. I am so glad I did. This stores flyer was 50 pages! I went a little overboard, yes, but I am very pleased with all my products...thank you best buy!!!

  The staff I've dealt with recently seem knowledgeable. Add pleasant and courteous to that and I've found a place to continue to shop for the most up to date electronics available.

  Long story short......BEST BUY SENT ME A REFURBISHED PIECE OF JUNK AFTER I PAID FOR A REPLACEMENT PLAN THAT STATED IN STORE EXCHANGE. Done with Best Buy forever. Wal-Mart has become a more reliable option. Sad, but true.

  Went in the store to purchase a phone and ended up leaving. The staff was slow and was told to sit down and wait. When it was my turn, the associate could not answer my questions and seemed annoyed. I went elsewhere and in no time, purchased a phone and had great service. Avoid Best Buy and go to a store that appreciates your business.

  We have been doing business with this location since we moved to WV in 2015. The staff are always very patient and professional and knowledgeable. The delivery man who brought our dryer to the house was also top-notch and went above and beyond in his service.
  
  I find you tend to do better with MOST retail stores if you have done your research ahead of time and go in knowing exactly what you want. (This comment is in response to some bad reviews I saw for this location.) This is the nature of retail now. An educated consumer will have a better experience.
  
  I've always had good experiences with Best Buy! Keep up the good work!

  Best Buy just isn't what it used to be. They carry such a small variety of a given item and always seem to be out of stock on a lot of what they do carry. I think I'll just stop going to Best Buy altogether. It's just not worth the trip.

  Worst customer service ever. Every time I call (for past 2 yrs) no one ever answers phone. You just stay on eternity hold. Martinsburg best buy awful! Take the extra time and drive to a different location

  On off service, sometimes you go in there and somebody will be there to help that is vary knowledgeable and sometimes not so much.

  I went in to get a phone case, Mike helped me out, and even showed me that I could get a price match for items on Amazon I ended up with a much better phone case than I originally intended to purchase.

  Great service. Learned a lot. Sales person was superb. But the bags are too small, we had to carry our purchase out with no bags. It wasn't very big. This is a problem.
