    Not the best experience. It feels nothing like the old Best Buy. Everything is piled up poor selection many items are missing or out of stock.
    I went to buy computer accessories like hard drives and they had shelf after shelf empty of stock.
    They still have a good selection of open box and clearance items available but their discounts aren't as great as they used to be.
    Overall it feels like a store on its way to go out of business or I discount reseller not the top retailer of electronics.
    The best way to use Best Buy is shop online for their deals and have it delivered to the store or ship directly to your home and avoid having to go into that depressing storefront.

    No help. Ask someone to call someone for me they told me find someone in wireless (which had a line 12 deep) all the while talking to the cashier not caring. Walked out and he didn't even ask if I got help.

    I would give the person who helped me in the phone area 5 stars. He gets top ratings from me for the time and attention he gave to me about my phone. He was very knowledgeable and super easy to work with.

    However, I can't say the same about the store. They didn't have several items I was looking for that were advertised. Lots of employees wandering all over, but when you need one there's no one around, or they can't answer your question.

    It's a hit-or-miss. The 3-star rating is not a '2', because of the great service I received in the phone area.

    The custumer service is wonderful. We were help by lazaro and he explained everything very clearly so we understood. He took time to show us and compare every model until decided which was the best for us. He did a great job. Thank you.

    Wow, best customer service I've ever received. The saleswoman was really, incredibly amazing and knowleagable about what I was looking for. Her name was Lilyana. I have no words for her attention, her customer focus problem solving. She was excellent. Very happy to find her. For sure I'll come back and ask for her help in future transactions. She rocks!!!!

    Very bad customer service. I brought my Apple Watch in to the Geek Squad and they didn’t even bother to unlock it to see how it was performing. They just told me straight up that they couldn’t help me and there was nothing they can do (mind you, Apple sent me to Best Buy so that I didn’t have to travel all the way to them). I do not recommend Best Buy Geek Squad.

    Always good with service and products. Lately, seen less staff walking around, but they don't harrass customers as much as other best buys. This is always my first choice for best buy.

    Best Buy cell phone sales person lied regarding the terms of Geek Squad phone insurance. The salesperson said there was no deductible, and as long as I brought the phone back (i.e., not lost or stolen) the phone would be replaced free of charge.

    This isn't true. They have a deductible, but they just call a it a breakage plan or something like that. Also, it was a flat out lie that they'd replace for free if I brought it back.

    Don't trust their salespeople and don't buy any Geek Squad warranty. I'm assuming they get commission and that's why they lie.

    Also, the manager was very rude when I explained the problem. He repeatedly talked over me and said I should have known better and that all warranty plans have some v type of deductible. Basically, the manager blamed the lie on me.

    The only good to come of this is that the Geek Squad protection is refundable, but still be wary of they're untrustworthy staff.

    I came in to the store and bought a laptop, a disk drive and a printer all of that in less of 30 minutes. I was very pleased to find every i needed and the sales person's help was what made the difference.

    It's hard to find somebody with the will to help you. The store was well organized and easy to explore. I wish they cared more about the customers

    Big store. Reasonable prices. Beware of refurbished items. Only 15 day return policy. Nice professional staff. They work on commission so they can hound you.

    Customer service at his store is nonexistent. 4:30 pm on a Tuesday I was looking some help in the car audio area. i searched around for over 15 minutes and could not find a single employee to help so i decided to go to customer service. Customer service was also a ghost town. There were people in the Geek Squad area but they sent me back to customer service to wait. finally after another 10 minutes I was helped. I asked my question and the young lady called on the radio for someone from the car audio area, she called and called and called. Finally she stepped from behind the counter and went back there herself. I had not shopped at a BB for years prior to this last visit and now I remember why.
