    Disappointing. Paying customer asking simple legitimate questions and laughed at by one of the managers. I do not recommend this location. They do not treat you as the good paying customer that you are. Rather they are more concerned about commissioning contracts. Lost my business and I will be sharing my bad experience.

    Unprofessional staff that gives reason to shop on the internet. Cost me a lot of time merely trying to pick up a product. Refused to bring in a manager to help find a solution. Item was paid for at another Best Buy (Flintlock Road, a store I recommend) but was only in stock at Tiffany Springs. Tiffany Springs botched the transaction and I still don't have the product.

    I love this store. The employees at this location really know their products. They're helpful, professional, courteous and kind. Any electronic purchases I make are here. Good people with excellent service.

    Usually I never have a problem at this location, we know everyone here and they always take good care of us. However, my dad and I went uo here to look into buying a new phone. There were at least 4 or 5 associates standing around in the mobile phone section, one of them, I swear even looked at me, no one came over to help us for at least 10 to 15 minutes. But this was of course after they finished whatever conversation they were having. I even said load ebougb for someone to hear "gee, I wonder if anyone is going to come over and help us anytime soon." Still nothing. My dad was right, they don't want to sell anything today.

    Went down after a long day of trying several other places to fix my phone. Got there & they tried everything to not have to factory reset. With Jacks Help it worked we didn't have to factory reset. They were very helpful. Really appreciated the help.

    I had a great experience with customer service. They helped me return the wrong docking station (Targus) and get the right one. Nice to work with someone knowledgeable and empathetic to the situation. I don't know enough about the store to give 5 stars, but may improve my rating if service continues to be as good.

    I recently moved to NE Kansas and this was my first visit to this particular Best Buy. One of my computer monitors gotten broken in the move and I needed a replacement. I like using Samsung 32" TVs as my monitors and the store had an open box one that was an exact replacement for the broken one. I saved almost $40 and the only things I had to provide were four screws to attach the legs. I had these at home so it was no big deal. This store is laid out well so it was easy to find the TV area. I'll be back.

    I was a former employee of this exact store. I was working there from day one getting shelves put together, loading inventory on to those same shelves, and watching a super long line of parents bringing their kids in for Missouri's back to school sale. Fun memories.

    Was in town for business when my phone decided to start dieing. Went here and was helped by an individual that was extremely kind and helpful. She did an awesome job explaining everything to me through the process. While waiting for items to transfer, I was walking around looking at things and every employee I passed was sure to greet me and ask if they could help me with anything. Customer service is key and they do a great job at this Best Buy.

    worked here when the store was opened so I'm just a tad partial to this location, they have changed quite a bit for the better and now have several dedicated areas for some of the top manufactures. unfortunately the media section has shrunk to accommodate but best buy's online store still has good selection and for new and recent releases the store is fine.
