    Good selection of products and very friendly service too. I found the CPU monitor I bought a week ago had dropped in price 100 dollars. No questions asked, they refunded me the difference with a smile.

    They got all things you'd expect a best buy to have. Like perusing at your leisure? Too bad! You will be non stop asked ," Can i help you find anything?". Employees will line up single file around you to ask you if you need help over and over no matter how many times you say no. Unless you can give me the 3k needed for an OLED display you cannot help me! I just want to gaze into it... Leave me with my shame in peace!

    This was a late night stop, had to get 5 IPhone 8 plus activated.
    The staff was awesome Alex did such a great job.
    It was a bit of process as I didn't not have all information fir Alex.
    He took charge had everything in order .
    We laugh talked and the job got done.
    Management was awesome also
    Ehren went out of his way to achieve to get done what I needed.
    Thank you Best Buy for all the great help.

    I've been shopping at this location for 5 years, I've never had a bad experience at the store. The employees are very helpful, they are knowledgeable, and very courteous. Prices are competitive with other retailers. Store is always clean and comfortable to be in.

    I wouldn't put anything but it doesn't give me that choice. I bought a device for $100. The salesmen didn't tell me I had to buy cords seperate. Didn't find that out til I got home. The device didn't work so I called the store3 times and everybody hung up on me. I tried to get help from Amazon support and they told me I had to start an account with them for $100. The store rep didn't tell me that eothe. Not happy!!!

    If I could rate 0 stars, I would.

    My friend and I both bought Geeksquad certified New laptops. The moment we started setting them up we found that the wireless adaptors in the computers were defective, and that they had no cleaned the computer since the return. We literally had white cream smeared all over our screens.

    "Geeksquad Certified". Means nothing, great, a teenager just out of high school ran windows troubleshooter.

    Manager was completely incompetent. Tried to tell me he would not refund us because I was not nice to him, even tho he approached me as a pretencious old man.

    All of the staff at this location were rude, the lady in customer service was disrespectful and bitchy.

    Never shopping at this location again!

    Purchased two computers, one was missing drivers and was unable to connect to WiFi. It was titled "Geek Squad" certified, though the certification clearly means nothing. I wasn't able to use the computer, and the manager refused to let me return the broken computer and receive a new one for the same price. The manager got angered and accused me of "disrespecting his employees" when I said the Geek Squad did not certify my laptop and ensure it was working. They mislabel their products and have poor customer service skills. The retention for customers must be terrible. Travel to the Best Buy in Alpine for superb service, they resolved all of my issues and were extremely helpful.

    The people here are always nice to talk to about technology & or tye latest thing out in their respective department. They also have cool demos of new stuff every so often. I like going just to see what is new & what they have at clearance prices :)

    I ordered a camera online using gift cards I received as a gift. While I was checking out one of my gift cards "failed". When I went the next day to pick up my camera I had the pleasure to work with Kate. She was super helpful, positive attitude, and nice to talk with. She was able to refund my card the amount my gift card was suppose to be charged. I was very happy with her customer service. Thanks so much Kate!

    Customer service isn't the greatest. They're informative, but please do your research beforehand. It's great to get a second opinion, but I could tell the sales rep wasn't entirely sure what he was talking about. And that's when you can find someone to help.
    Most of the time, I'm just walking around aimlessly until someone finally decides to ask me if I need help.
    Don't go to the Geek Squad for advice. They're more concerned with selling you their Tech Support plan than they are actually helping you and "consulting."

    Other than that, the store is well kept and relatively clean. I like their new DSLR area, and getting some hands on with the tech. Great deals if you keep your eyes open for them.
