    No customer service . cashier working two registers at once Rang up item at wrong price told here she did listen. Asst manger didn't care. Now I wait a week for refund because of best buys mistake. No wonder why the are just about out of business.

    Worst run store. Supervisor in phone section told me to go to Costco they will get me better deal. So I did can see why the brick and mortar stores like these are dying slowly. Staff that is incompetent and should be trained better and not advise people to go to competition. Terrible experience was a waste of time quoted one price over phone only to arrive and they changed the numbers. Wasting someone time is not nice. Spent thousands there! Never again not one red cent. Bye Bye Best Buy

    Called their number, probably reached someone out of state. Have a couple of issues to check out with our Best Buy purchased Smart TV. After trying FOUR times to submit this request online, the request would not submit. Something wrong with the website - go figure - tech experts and all. Wasted 30 minutes on that. Then I call in, have to give all the same information all over again which takes another 10-15 minutes, then told the cost is $99.99 that I have to pay today before they even come out, I get put on hold so someone can take the payment and stay on hold for over 20 minutes. I finally hung up in complete exasperation. I wouldn't use Geek Squad now if you paid me, how does a company like this stay in business?

    Their knowledge saved me money! And I was able to get all 5 totally different items all at one store. And able to choose warranties per item if I wanted. Great experience!

    This Best Buy off Happy Valley in Norterra, N PHX 85085, is not deserving of any stars but in order to leave a review you have to mark a star. I have seen many people leave this store upset and frustrated- I guess it was just a matter of time before it happened to me. The whole staff including the assistant manager, feeds off of eachothers' rudeness and unprofessionalism towards the customers.
    I went in about 7pm on 9/8 and the assistant manager allowed his staff to bully us and act as if they didn't need our business. He condoned the customer service boy (by maturity not age) and the Geek Squad staff there were 3 ( a boy & a girl and another boy named Casey - again by maturity not age) to argue, yell, make condescending comments, laugh behind the counter because we were upset and they thought it was funny, & allowed them to "fuel the fire" with there cocky, self righteous demeanor, body & tone language, facial expressions & attitude. They all had no consideration that they had inconvenienced us and had no remorse that their service was way below BASIC expectations. [My initial visit was to exchange the computer, that I purchased online, for the same product- the customer service staff hastily checked it & said its fine, told me some "B.S" about the way I plugged it in was the reason it gave problems at home & kept saying the computer is fine, then I had to go back again because it wasn't fine, they argued, gave excuses and pushback to every comment & suggestion made- end the end we were the one who were inconvenienced & put-out. I could go on about my horrible experience but bottom line the store is very poorly ran. My recommendation to all is to avoid the store all together and take your business elsewhere; Amazon & Walmart have lower prices or even if to another Best Buy.
    And to HURBERT JOLY and his REGIONAL MANAGERS: this Best Buy needs to get rid off all the bad apples and "punk kids" (I call them that because of their attitude and drive to fuel a fire vs. trying to resolve issues), especially those who I encountered the night of 9/8/17, maybe then stock won't drop 10-11% and people will spend more on technology in their homes, like you want.

    But this was my bad experience when I purchased a computer from Best Buy at home. So, you all have been advised avoid Best Buy especially at Norterra in N. Phoenix AZ 85085 and Best Buy's online shopping. Shop elsewhere with better customer service and better technology support, you won't find it at Best Buy in Norterra, N PHX 85085

    Second time in the past 2 weeks to try and buy a laptop and can't get waited on to get info on which one to buy. A lot easier going to google and getting what I need on line or at Costco or amazon

    Worst customer service! Every time that I have gone into this location, there is no one around to help with questions about products. When they finally come around its half ass listening. Treatment is like I can't afford what Im asking about but when I do purchase attitudes completely change. Not good customer service at all!

    What a great experience we had with the Geek Squad at the Norterra Best Buy. Great customer service and all my computer issues were completely resolved. Polite, friendly & completely competent. Need help with your computer? Don't hesitate to call on the Geek Squad!!!

    Got something paid for and put on hold. They grabbed the wrong item. Drove 20 miles one way, called before hand to make sure and they DONT HAVE THE ITEM, THEY GRABBED THE WRONG ONE. aren't they supposed to look at the SKU and Model numbers??? Are you serious?! Worst BEST BUY EVER!

    I have gone here for years since they first open their always helpful and fast with their service. And they have great deals during the Christmas time and open box deals
