    Aweful, poor customer service. No one bothers or cares to ask when you are at the store looking for help. Absolutely rude staff and don't care attitude.

    I have never written a review so I hope this speaks volumes. I experienced an issue with my keyboard on my newly purchased device. When I brought it to the geek squad, the man was incredibly not helpful. He asked when I purchased, my phone number, tried on way of fixing it, and then said it would cost...to send off. He refused to listen to the fact that I hit a combination of keys that has effected my keyboard typing and just continued to state any help he gave would cost me. This including him telling me how to restore the computer to its original settings. Very disappointing.

    The auto Tech bay. For the second time in 3 years I had Jason to install equipment in my car. Not only this guy has a tremendous amount of car audio, audio in general knowledge and great installation skills,but he is also polite and professional. I left my vehicle with him with complete peace of mind. Even though I do not drive a Ferrari, my car and my music are very important to me and yes my car is not easy to work with.

    Terrible customer service at this store. Had a really bad experience today where the manager at the store (his name is Matthew) refused to honor a reward certificate that was 1 cent less than the item I was purchasing.
    Best Buy needs to train their managers better to "think customer first". The excuse Matthew gave me today was that the "system would not allow" to redeem the certificate and there was nothing he could do! He refused to adjust the price by 1c! I have spent more than 5K with Best Buy in the last few months but they really don't care about their customers or at least their store managers do not!

    So I came in to try and get two 10 year old monitors to connect to my MacBook and I never thought it would be so damn complicated! Received great service from Dustin on the first trip, went home, and the product didn't work(because I was wrong about the capabilities of the monitors). Came back, returned the equipment, and Dustin helped me find another solution. He was extremely accommodating and determined to find an answer to my problem. Excellent job!

    This (and the one in Scottsdale) are two of my favorite BB locations in the valley. LOTS of camera gear on display, camera lessons every first Saturday of each month (except Dec.) and knowledgeable and friendly staff. Definitely stop by if you are in the Chandler Fashion Center area.

    Was Always Efficient; Politeness Seemed To Be Handcuffed To All My Visits. And, A Genuine Feeling Of The Question; "How or Can I Help You Locate Anything," Was Honestly Absorb. Simplistically Organized + Clean.

    Helpful employees on the floor. Good deals if you know what to look for. Clearance items are not very clearly marked. Overall a good Bestbuy.

    Associate was helpful, got my stuff and headed to the checkout. Only one register was opened and he was to involved with a customer service issue that a woman was having while checking out. Should have called someone else over to deal with issue and/or opened another register, so those waiting to pay could do so. I gave up, left my items on shelf near the checkout and left without purchasing anything.

    It's a Best Buy, so you understand what you're getting when you walk in the front door. Having said that the two people who took care of me gave above-average service. I would definitely come back here again.

    I always have a good experience at this location. I speak to an associate and they're friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely want to help me find the best solution for what I'd like to get. I'd highly recommend anyone stop in to ask someone for help, they've got your back!

    It's just Best Buy. I used to come here all the time but... Who even goes here for things anymore. I tried to come to pick something up after ordering online, now I'm just standing in line... Welp... Changing my review to one star. Only one of my items was ready. It said in stock when I ordered it. Now my next option is to buy a $29 dollar optical cable. I could use another one too, but $19? For headphone to RCA. To make all of this worse, i could have ordered it from Amazon yesterday, had all my stuff, and not wasted 20 minutes. It's probably been leading up to this but, I'm done with them.

    Got a washer dryer from them. Gregory Ramirez made it so easy. He was very thorough and helpful with the order. His upbeat nature and knowledge about the appliances made the decision so easy. Ask for Gregory if you head to the appliance section!
