    Went to buy a laptop. They only had 1 person in the department. I knew exactly which one I wanted. I just needed 1 person to get it for me. I store was almost empty. I asked 3 different employees who were not with customers and they all told me they were busy. I told them all I need is the laptop. They said they were too busy. Wow!!! I said I'm going to buy a laptop somewhere else. They said that's fine! Wow!!! With employees like this they will go out of business. What ever happened to customer service??? Don't go to best buy!!!

    Price match is always a sweet deal. I know Best Buy has a bad reputation for customer service but I've never had a problem here. It's sometimes a little difficult to get a hold of an associate but it's normally cause they're helping other customers.

    Bait and switch. I was told that I would receive 120 credit for turning in my phone. VERIZON REP Daniel told me not to worry to bring the phone tomorrow. I brought back the phones the next day and 120 turned into 60. Terrible customer service. Managers ALL seemed annoyed to even listen to my story.

    Only reason they are getting 2-stars, the phone was cheaper than at VERIZON. Get your phone and run , the customer service in the place is terrible!

    I love Best Buy. No store beats their prices and financing options. My husband and I always visit this location. Their sales associate, Orlando, is the best. We always go to him for questions and recommendations. He excels in knowledge and is honest about the products.

    Great customer service on the networking isle, was able to speak to a representative very knowledgeable on the topic and recommended exactly what I would need. Clean store, lots of available staff, tho most staff do not approach customers to help, with the exception of my experience in the networking isle. Difficult to find items by category but staff knew their way around pretty well.

    I was very disappointed. Was visiting and need to purchase a Chrome cast for a family member. I walked in and walked around for several mins but not one employee ask if i needed help or said hello. I asked one for help to show me were it was located and hr acted like it was a problem. On top he tells me oh yeah we are out and walked away. Great service there.

    This best buy had been here forever. I have never had a problem here and have bought appliances, tv's, and all the like over the years from here. Considering customer service in Kendall had generally gone down theirs has started great

    We purchased a cook top (open item) we were told it was simply a returned item in perfect working condition by our sales rep. When our electrician connected the item-it did not work. Attempted to return/exchange at store was told needed to call for service (the nice Sales Person was now very rude so was the Supervisor)!!. To make a long story short 1month later they still haven't been able to fix it and I don't have a cook top. NEVER AGAIN!!!

    Ive purchased the same product twice and need to return it AGAIN. I guess people return stuff for whatever reason and Best Buy puts it back on the shelf. The First GoPro Smart Remote would not charge and now this one is full of scratches and dings.

    Employees in the Customer Service department cannot be bothered to answer the phone. I'm happy that this will definitely be first and last time I have to deal with this company. Amazon Prime all the way.

    Update: After some time to reflect on my experience with Best Buy I've come to remember all the other places one can get better service and products.

    Big best buy shopper here! This location is pretty good. Their demos aren't usually working though and they don't have the largest selection of some things like TVs (limited Vizio) and blu-ray players.

    Friendly service, great selection of items from audio to video games to refrigerators. Located in a nice area, next to a Michael's and a Barnes and Noble.

    The store is clean and organized but the staff has shown to care more about socializing with each other t than helping customers on more than one occasion. If you're looking for good service, go to another location.

    You will find all cutting edge technology, but the employees are poorly train and they don't care much to help you, the lines can be long sometimes due to the system to pay that take a lot of steps.

    The staff at this location is actually knowledgeable!!! I love coming here to shop because I can truly trust the opinion and the recommendations of the staff here. The entire shopping experience is respected and I felt like a person not just a customer. They were willing to price match for me and go above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of. I regularly shop here and every aspect of the store is amazing.
