Pathetic lazy Dr and staff! Unacceptable!!!

Mask required for service. If I would’ve known this at the time of booking, I would have scheduled somewhere else.
No option for except for eye dilation for full exam. I wish I would have been told this at the time of booking.
Also, no option to order frames and lenses in office.
Otherwise, clean facility and friendly staff.response / report this review -

I first saw Dr. Leidlein a year and a half ago. I had a massive stroke behind my right eye and had lost all vision in that eye. She did a very thorough exam of both my eyes, and immediately sent me to a wonderful specialist in Houston. After my 2nd visit and shots in the bad eye, my vision returned. A lot of doctors are too concerned about their own image to refer patients, but Dr. Leidlein's only concern is the patient. She found a problem in my left eye of which I was not aware, and she has been monitoring it closely for any adverse changes. I truly think Dr. Leidlein is the best opthomologist within 100 miles. She takes the time to explain what she's doing and answer any questions. The office staff are very polite and helpful.

She is very professional, did a great job on my eye surgery. Now I can clearly and I cant believe what I was missing. My vision has been restored. went from 20/1000 to 20/30.
