We stay here every Labor Day week. This year we decided to go in the winter. The resort upgraded us to a cabin, on them. We really loved it.
It's a resort WORTH visiting in the Smoky Mtns. We did a timeshare tour and it was the BEST experience and we didn't buy anything! Go to the SUBWAY booth across from the Ripley's Aquarium and speak to the guys in the booth! You won't be disappointed.
Staff and concierge is very friendly and helpful. The room is wonderful and clean. We have no complaints to share right now.
Nice place. Clean and comfortable rooms. Outdated TVs, but a good selection of channels. Game room is a bit run down and mostly just made up of pool tables with one arcade game and a couple air hockey tables. The worst thing about this place is its location. You're looking at a decent drive into Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.
Great place to stay for a vacation. Close to downtown Gatlinburg, Tenn. Treat you fantastic. We have been several times. We have never left not being happy
This place has everything you need! Answered all my crazy questions. Not much view of mountains but it is a "golf" resort - free timeshare week gift from my Mom n Dad. It was great to have some family time and then some quiet time to reset.
I booked this place for my family a few months back as I live close and they said it was a nice, quiet place to stay, with clean rooms. A bit pricey but convenient for family to be close, however, I stopped at the office to get a car pass, if needed, to visit my family and walked in on the GM, Beth, I was told, calling an employee stupid and chewing him out. I was appalled. How unprofessional and childish, not to mention embarrassing for myself and the poor guy being chewed out, in front of guests no less. Needless to say I left and never went back and never will, neither will my family!!!!
Came here because of it's proximity to Smokey Mountain National Park and wasn't disappointed. The resort itself is smaller but that fits the small town/mountain feel. We stayed in a one bedroom, which is plenty big for a couple but fitting 4 people into the kitchen is a bit hard. Cute and comfy, would come back in a heartbeat.
The room we were provided was a one bedroom room even though we asked for more bedrooms. It was a little cramped with 4 people; however, the furniture and room was comfortable and nice looking. The internet was also difficult to connect to and said only 2 devices per 1 bedroom suite. Which is fair, but not for the 4 people in a one bedroom suite. However, the resort did provide everything you might need and overall pretty good.
Excellent Resort. This is my second time staying at this place and it was very enjoyable. The golf course was closed for updating but the pools and gym and other amenities were available. The one thing I will say is they can be a bit pushy on the sales pitch.
Lovely resort tucked away in the quiet countryside. Easy drive to nearby attractions. Friendly and helpful staff. Pool amenities are simple but nice, my kids had fun jumping and swimming.
I've been bringing my family to Bent Creek Golf annually for the last five years. We enjoy it more and more each time. The accommodations are wonderful and the staff is very friendly. I will continue to come here in the future vacations.
Rooms are well worth the price paid to stay here. Amenities are nice and so are the grounds. They even provided flowers to my wife and I for our 3rd anniversary. Plan on staying here again.
Bent Creek is great, my issues are with Diamond. Never is it a consistent experience, even to the same "resort." The staff are great, friendly, professional, and attentive. The rooms range from a perfect getaway, to don't turn off the lights... But that's simply because sometimes as Diamond owners, we get random quality of rooms. Last time, a beautiful view, large hot tub, shower, queen bed; this time, the bathroom could be classified as a half bath at best, there's barely enough room to even put our luggage, and the place is triggering our allergies like we just sniffed pepper.
