  We are in a giving mood so we are going to give free trial memberships that last till the end of May to anyone who wants to try our gym. Just stop in during staffed hours which are Sunday’s 11am to 7pm and Monday through Thursday 10am to 6pm. Also going to enter anyone who shares this post into a contest to win a Bent Barbell Nutrition gym bag full of some of our shirt designs over the years. The sizes are what we have so they aren’t able to be switched out. We will draw a name out on May 30th out of everyone who shared this post.

  We are only $30 a month for a real 24 hour gym. You have no contact or sign up fees. Once you are a member you will have an app on your phone to come anytime you like. Come sign up during staffed hours which are: Sunday 11am to 7pm Monday to Thursday 10am to 6pm

When you are a member you get an app on your phone that let's you open the door 24 hours a day 7 days a week for just $30 a month. Also if you want to try it out for free just come in during our staffed hours and you can try it for free.
