  Best in Michigan for Pandora and customer service! They always have the latest from Pandora and are the most welcoming people around. Also the only place I feel comfortable buying and selling gold and silver. Thank you Bensons for a great experience every time!

  I never go there and no one should I took some 14k gold bracelet and 10k gold earrings and necklace and the bought if for $46 so I took the weight to another jewelry store the next day and the told me that the price was way off to just make it fair I took the weight to dillions jewelry store a well known jewelry store and they also told me that the price was way off so I went back to Benson and the said that it was right and I couldn't get it back so I'm telling everyone DO NOT GO THERE THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF!!!!!!!

  My wife's bracelet was coming apart so I took it in to get a new one. The man helping me said that shouldn't have happened and replaced it with no charge and cleaned all of her old charms for me. Very polite and respectful!

  I have been going to this store for years now. The staff is so friendly and the owners are so nice. I only get my pandora and other jewelry there. Honestly, they treat you like family and because of that I would not go to any other store. I love supporting small family business and they do have the largest selection of pandora I have ever seen.

  This is a amazing Jewelry store, the people that work there are so kind and professional. I lost a loved one , who was so very important in my life on 1-2-16 and they made a special bracelet for him for me as a keepsake to match my necklace, and also got a special Pandora necklace for his mom that had angel wing on the necklace, she loved it, so I am thankful to Benson Jewelry for helping me and being so thoughtful and kind to me in such a hard time.
