  Jenn Johnson arrived to our home and thoroughly inspected our home. She took pictures of the damage, checked part of our house and got to task taking the wet material out and started the drying process. She was knowledgeable and was informative on what was going and reassuring me she was there to help get our home back to normal.

  had to call on work Pro to support with an issue with a water overflow which affected two bathrooms and it spilled out into our home office! I can’t say enough about the service and professional ism starting with Renee at the front desk! courteous and knowledgeable! Then there’s team Adrian and Eli whom actually came out to do the job! Adrian answered all my questions and concerns! He was confident in what had to be done and explained how it would be done! Between Adrian and Eli they have done an outstanding job! I was impressed by the way these young men handled themselves, that I plan to schedule my carpets to be cleaned as well! They are to notch! Yes I would recommend them! No doubt!

  I spoke with Edith and Gerald on the phone and they were both friendly and helpful! The team that arrived out gave us a call the morning I have to give an exact time of arrival . They were kind of our property and kept us up to date the whole day of the steps they were taking to ensure the job would be done for us. We felt comfortable and confident that we were in good hands with the work that was being done. Thank you!

  They were punctual and sharp in appearance. They informed me of their step by step procedures. They informed me that the type of carpeting that I have wears well and will last a long time and cleans up nicely. They were professional in their job and knowledgeable of the business. I will endorse this company to my family and friends. And they will have my business in the future.

  Jim and his team were a pleasure to project with. was personable and professional. Always here when they were supposed to be and with steady updates on their progress. They did quality project and always cleaned up after themselves. We will be using them for future services without hesitation.
