I’ve lost track of how long I’ve used this company well over 10 years. They respond so quickly to every email or call whether it’s a simple question or an accident or claim. They take the headache out of everything to do with insurance companies. They don’t just sign you up and put your file in a drawer, if you’re rates go up or there’s issues with your insurance company they are on top of it immediately and let you know your options. Wes Thomas and Jedi are 1000% caring and professional and at the same time I always feel like I’m being taken care of like I’m a friend or family member.

I have not been with them long but to this point they have been very responsive, returning emails and calls, looking into and responding to questions and requests. Poor service is why I left my last insurance service so I am happy to find Bennett & Porter.

Be careful on making any changes to your policy, dont trust them , get it in writing, i called spoke to my agent, and they never did anything, while later my vehicle was stolen they did nothing, and did not try to do nothing, i lost everything with that vehicle, dont trust thid company and i had multiple policy👎

Warm and personalized service from the same small team of people. They presented insurance options I never considered and never would have found on my own. Super flexible and easy to work with. Pricing is truly excellent, as well.
