  Went to Anna for faux locs, 3 weeks after getting faux locs most of my twist started to unravel. I kindly went back to her shop to show her when I showed Anna she asked “what you want me to do about it” with a attitude she said she couldn’t fix at the moment because she was booked. So as I was exiting her shop she came to the door and said “if you want me to fix them I’m not doing them for free” I feel that it was wrong I had faux locs before I’m positive they last more than 3 weeks. This had to be the worse hair braiding shop I’ve ever been to she charge you extra if she don’t feel like doing your hair. I asked her do she do retwist for dread locs she stated she know how to do them but she don’t because it gets her finger nails dirty Anna is very lazy and has poor customer service skills . She also yell at her kids a lot and over charge for purses and hair accessories. Wouldn’t recommend

  I've been here a few times. Anna is my favorite. Braids are always neat and she's so fast. Anna is the only person in the shop my daughter wants to go to only because she makes her feel so comfortable. Prices are very reasonable

  I had a good experience until the next day. Anna (the braider) braids so tight, it broke my hair out in the front and I treated it by heated wet towel to relieve swelling and coconut oil to help hair growth & it was fine. I got 6 braids going to the back, simple. Four weeks later, I took my braids out carefully and no rush so I don't cause breakage. When I'm taking them out, my hair literally falls out and now I have a bald spot in the front of my head smh. If you go to her, DO NOT LET HER BRAID YOUR HAIR TIGHT IN THE FRONT. it will fall out.

  I should have just left before everything started. She confirmed the night before if I'd be coming and then was 30mins late arriving at the shop. The braiders were yelling all day back and forth while having conversations. Wasn't done with my hair, but wanted me to pay. If you think people are going to run out without paying, refuse the work. Twists are extremely tight, although I made constant requests for her to not do them so tight, especially around the edges. Mariainako is her IG name and although the twists are ok I won't be back.
