Flavie and Germaine are amazing! I love my hair and have been getting so many compliments. These ladies were more than accommodating. I booked last minute and they were able to get me in. Flavie was fast and neat with the braiding and the music was a vibe. 10/10

Before I made a post I wanted to see how my hair would hold up annnnnd these ladies did a wonderful job.
It is clean the ladies worked together to get my hair done and they were super nice to me. Snacks and water as a complimentary and the price was very reasonable.response / report this review -

If there were 10 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ thats what I would give!!! When I tell you this is the best customer service I’ve ever received 👌🏾 They provided snacks and drinks. I GOT KNOTLESS BRAIDS hair included & My braids were very clean and uniform, I’m super picky but took a risk because my girl was booked and I’m happy i did. This was a last minute booking and they accommodated me without ridiculous “squeeze in fees”. Thank your for your excellent service. I’ll definitely be back, you’ve gained a loyal client ❤️

Germaine has always taken care of me and leaves me feeling my best! She is a professional, talented and FAST braider. They’ve always been able to fit me in no matter the circumstances. They are the only ones I’ll let touch my hair in Charlotte; & you should let them do the same! Many Thanks 🙏🏾

Germaine gave me twists two weeks ago and they still look fresh. Her chairs are comfortable and she has a clean room plus she’s really quick with her hands. Really 5 stars‼️‼️
