The staff make you feel like you are at home. They are friendly and helpful even when they don't want to be. The food at the 19 Steakhouse, while a little more expensive than what you would expect along the banks of the Ohio in southeast Indiana, the portions were very tasty and are generally large enough to be shareable. The restaurant staff was also friendly and attentive. The chef even came out to get our opinion on the food. The slots on the other hand were very tight and I did not see many others winning. However, you could tell everyone was having a good time. The hotel rooms are clean and well cared for, and the beds were so comfortble, I slept an hour longer than I intended. The valet staff was friendly and quick, and took an interest in how we had been since our last trip there. They seem to know many of the customers by name. All in all, an expensive, because I never know when to quit, but enjoyable stay.

Great hotel! It is absolutely beautiful and one of my favorites. The casino is still the old boat and the smoke is horrible. I had to leave due to air quality. Need to make it a smoke free casino like so many of the others have

Really great, helpful staff. My room was perfect, though the pillows were too soft. Loved the tub and bathroom! The on-site sports bar was delicious, and the breakfast buffet was perfect and HUGE. I was here for a work event overnight, but I would certainly want to return again.

The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were spacious and very extravagant. Biggest downside there was no mini fridge in each room. We stayed here for an anniversary get away, even won tickets from the local radio station. Was not overly impressed with staff and room features. No fridge, TV remote didn't function properly, and staff was not very well informed

This is a nice getaway from your day today life. It has a luxurious accommodation even in the classic room category. The service is great and the location is awesome. It has a nice view outside. Also the hospitality they gave was wonderful. Overall I would say it's a perfect stay.

We didn't come for the gambling, we came to eat and to stay at the hotel! And what a beautiful place it was!! Our room was much bigger than the pictures on-line led me to believe! It was beautiful, very clean and very comfortable! We had a king sized bed, flat screen TV, desk and chair and lounge chair. The bathroom was huge! It had a shower AND a jacuzzi, a sink with a lot of counter space, a TV (which you can see form the tub) and a toilet. This place was great and we can't wait to visit again soon!

We came back for another fun stay with my mom and Mr. M. But this year, we also had my soon-to-be one year old boy. After living in Vegas, where just about every casino is meant for families and has tons of kids activities, it’s been jarring to find that many here don’t allow anyone under the age of twenty-one, even with parental supervision. But that’s not the case here and I’m so grateful! It’s wonderful to be able to bring my whole family. The hotel rooms are still just as large, comfortable, beautiful and well taken care of as they were on our last visit. And they brought our pack-and-play ASAP so Baby could nap and be less cranky for dinner at the buffet!

The staff was friendly and very helpful. The room I stayed in was very clean and nice though the tub drained to slowly so I had to stand in water because it didn't drain fast enough, it was a very minor issue. All in all I would recommend this place to others The golf course was very nice and a great course to play on.

Excellent service as always. I got to experience a luxury room this time, which was bigger than I needed. It had a nice garden tub that was a little small, but still relaxing. I ultimately prefer the deluxe rooms, but I still had a very good time. The casino was excellent as usual, having all the slots and video poker I like to play in enough quantity to be readily available.

Great hotel and resort with a riverboat casino attached! Buffet was really good but not open on Monday or Tuesday. Rooms are pretty clean. Several shops and restaurants in the hotel area. Haven't had a chance to check out the spa, pool, or gym but I heard good things. Golf course is also available. Overall good experience. Please note drinks are not free in the casino.
