Belmar has a few stores worth visiting, restaurants, and a movie theater that's pretty nice. However, the parking situation can be better, especially because it tends to be pretty busy all the time. The outdoor mall concept is odd at best, but it allows for fun winter activities like a skating rink.

Belmar is an outdoor mall area with many shops. I love that it has a whole foods 🍴 movie theater 🎥 many restaurants 🍜 a ☕ shop 💇 hair salon, a gym 💪 target 🎯 and so much more. It is fun to walk 🚶around at night 🌃

Nice place to walk around and the stores are great. Cops are present so its pretty secure but watch where you are walking. There's not so friendly people around and at night it could get sketchy. One time this guy stopped us and asked if we could come help him with something and wanted us to follow him. Be careful.

We go here for flicks at the cinema, usually, and eat at either the"English" pub, the Indian joint, or the sushi (Japanese) restaurant. All of them are great. Easy access to Target is a plus, and there are little shops to fill in just about anything else you might want. This was the old Villa Italia, remade as a planned walking-oriented community, and it works. Plenty of parking and great convenience for errands. Lots of stuff nearby, too.

Amazing variety of restaurants and stores! There is also a movie theater and a nice square that has ice skating in the winter and games in the summer like chess, corn hole and ping pong. Perfect mall for a nice walk and window shopping. It is outdoors so dress accordingly when it's cold and or snowing/raining!

Nice area with good shopping & entertainment. The parking options are becoming limited as more residences are being occupied. Overall its still pretty convenient.

Belmar is beautiful and trendy. The streets are tight so walking is ideal, plus parking is scarce unless you can find the parking garage. The stores range from quaint to pricey but will provide you everything you might want. A good date night could be spent here even if you just walked around!

Belmar has a good mix of relatively upscale stores and restaurants plus a 16-screen movie theater. All of the garage parking is free, although the garages do get crowded at peak hours. The shopping is spread out and it can be a long walk between all of the stores. The Block 7 row of art galleries and studios is a nice addition to the usual shops.

Belmar is a great place to go. There's plenty of parking. I visit Lucky Strike for bowling and to shoot pool and have a few drinks. The theaters where recently remodeled and are very comfortable and reasonably priced. And Baker Street is one of my favorite pubs to go hang out.

Tons of great places to shop and eat! They have pay for parking on the streets but they have 2 large FREE parking garages and a big lot. Beautifully decorated, maintained well and they have fun activities year round.

A micro-Denver. Shops, restaurants, movies, outdoor entertainment. Great place for date nights if you have money to burn, as most everything is pricey. Expect a $50 bill for a modest meal for two with a drink each (bare minimum). Fun experience overall.

Love coming here! Some of the best outlet stores. Especially fun to go around Christmas time when they have all the lights of for the Holidays! Your lucky if you find parking in front of the store your shopping at.

Nice area with tons of parking and lots of shop selection. Tends to be a bit higher end but not too pricey. Good chain higher end restaurants as well. Much better than the old mall.
