  I have visited this Salon more than 10 times. Unfortunately they are never consistent. There's a 35% chance you'll have a really good experience. Unfortunately there's a 65% chance that you won't. That's what happened to me today. When I arrived they seated me within five minutes which was good. A woman started my pedicure and she left and was followed by a gentleman (I use this term loosely) as he roughly removed the foot bags and leg cloths. Then after an approximate 10 min wait another woman appeared and hurriedly put on the nail polish. I was then ushered to the spot where you dry your nails. I who notoriously tip 25%-35% left a meager 13% tip and found myself looking at toes that had nail polish on the skin surrounding my nails. Not a pampering happy time. They care more about quantity than quality. I will never return again. PS I witnessed a woman who was getting married the next day complain about the job they did on her nails. She was actually apologizing saying I wouldn't normally complain but I'm getting married tomorrow. Too bad they don't get that quality will bring in quantity. With this said I understand that I am talking about nails and in the long run there are way more important things in life. Peace out.

  Once again I'm waiting for a chair for now over 20 minutes when I had an appointment. It is very frustrating to not have your scheduled time honored. It is a very busy place that does great work however I have wasted Soo much time here. They should reject walk ins when they are booked for scheduled services. I have walked out many times and have left with pedicure unfinished beanie the techs are working on too many clients at a time.

  The place was clean and brightly lite with sterilization and warming equipments in the middle of the room.
  Lan was gave long massages on hands and feet with detail work. She was excellent.
  After 1:15 on a cool and misty day, I'd recommend Bella Vie if you're in need to be pampered.

  Would not recommend this place. While the decor is very nice and it's pretty clean, there is not a relaxing atmosphere at all. The staff rushes through your treatment, leaves to go do someone else, or both. They are not particularly welcoming or friendly, either. Additionally, I came in with an appointment under the impression that I would receive the princess mani/pedi package that is listed as $35 on their website. When it came time to pay, I was astonished to find that I was being charged $45 for an incredibly basic manicure and pedicure. I've had the same treatment, or better, in other places for half that price. Overall, very disappointed and will not be coming back.

  We came here as a wedding party to get all of our nails/feet done. We were done quickly, but everyone was very impersonal.
  My other issue is that the gel manicure I received was awful. None of the polish was even, I had some nails with basically no polish, and others had polish 1/8 of an inch thick. By Sunday, two days after getting my nails done, one of the nails had peeled completely off. By the following Friday, a week after getting them done, six of the nails had peeled off. For what I paid, I'd expect the gel to last longer than that. Disappointing.

  I was very impressed by the atmosphere of this place. It looks high end and there were about 18 massage chairs for pedicures and an actual menu of different pedicures. They had a fantastic selection of colors to pick from. The only problem was I made an appointment (they had any time available) and still had to wait a half hour to be seen, although I did get to wait in the massage chair. The pedicure was just average but perhaps that was just a reflection of that specific worker. Next time I will spend the extra $5 for an upgraded pedi and hopefully a better leg massage and perhaps the parafin foot wrap.

  Based on one visit I would not let the same person do my nails again. All of the other customers walked out happy with their nails. So this is based solely on one person and my first experience.
  
  He was taking personal phone calls and checking his phone every time it buzzed. He did have to answer the salon phone for appointments several times... he was right next to it. Because of his distractions my gel fill in is lumpy and thick. Some nails are crooked.
  
  I understand the language barrier but at least say a good "Hello" with a smile when a customer walks in the door and acknowledge the person/customer you are helping with authenticity. Going to a spa is not a priority for our hard earned dollars. So every time a customer comes in the door and relaxes at your care and professionalism please DO NOT TAKE IT FOR GRANTED!
